Majestic Tourist Hotel

Me and my family stayed at Majestic tourist hotel Kandy last 4 days, Owners were very good & kind. Thes staff they did a great service. Place was very calm & quite. Very clean with all the facilities.Green background.And I love the top floor where we can see the whole Kandy city.Last year also we visit this place with my family. We booked 5 rooms & the service was superb👌 We love this place. Bless you all. And we hope to see you all on next December also.

DO NOT book Magestic Tourism Hotel in Kandy! This hotel operates on lies and deceit. They promised us a full-service stay, including a cook and cleaning staff, but upon arrival, they denied all of it. When we questioned them, the owners – a husband and wife – became abusive and confrontational. We were forced to call the Tourism Police to resolve the issue and get a refund. This is not a safe or trustworthy place to stay. Avoid it at all costs! I have also added the police complaint that we had to give with this review

This place has portrayed to be the ultimate joy of the winter vacation for me and my family. However , I would like to demonstrate my concern over the disturbances we witnessed during our stay at majestic tourist hotel.There was a kalari team staying in the hotel at the same time. No agony expressed towards the kalari team yet they were tend to be quite undecent and unethical due to couple of readons: Firstly, when we went to eat breakfast , there was a tantrum of immense cacophony , our peaceful breakfast was pierced by the pollited sounds of them.Secondly , there was plenty of weaons( related to Kalari) . Alternatively, these equipments were quite terrifying and was raising our inner trepidation in cosmic amounts. Our complains regarding the matter was brought upon to the concern of the hotel owner as we couldn’t tolerate the nuisance further at our 3 week stay. The owner stated that the team has not informed about their business before booking the rooms and has not mentioned about thir practices with the equipmentsin the hotel. Aparently , they have had an agrrement where they had promised to clean their meals afterwards finishing instead they had consumed food in quite a disapproving and disgusting manner . There were polythenes and food everywhere and also pads of children. Our extended bossoms were unsatisfied with this.On contrary , we do not pit the blame upon the owner as she has done an agreement with kalari team and they have promised that they would clean their meals afterwards ( a group of 12 eople withstands) . The service was exceptional and a high calliber. Hats of to majestic tourist hotel. The food was hiting its top - notch with delicate nd equisite elegance in the aspects of taste. However , o prefer the owners to be aware of the customers before handing off rooms.

Staying at Magestic Tourism Hotel in Kandy was the worst decision we’ve ever made. We were lured in by false promises of excellent service, including a cook and cleaning personnel. However, upon arrival, the owners flat-out denied everything they had promised. When we tried to reason with them, they turned aggressive, verbally abusing us. We felt unsafe and had no choice but to involve the Tourism Police. Thankfully, the police helped us get our money back. This experience left us shaken. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.

If I could give 10 stars I would. We absolutely loved our stay at majestic. The couple who run it are some of the nicest people we have met on our travels, exceptionally friendly and gave great information about Kandy and how to get around. The breakfast was amazing- both English break and Sri Lanka food were given in HUGE portions and were delicious. Every morning at breakfast the hosts were stay and chat with us and help us with our plans for the day. The bed was so comfortable and the balcony view was absolutely stunning. If I am ever back in Kandy I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Highly recommend. Thank you so much for your hospitality:)
