Not Worth It – Only the Location is Good The only positive about Supun Arcade Residency is its convenient location near Colombo’s main areas. Beyond that, everything else was disappointing. The staff were not as professional or helpful as expected, and the overall service left much to be desired. The bed sheets were of poor quality, and the cleanliness of the rooms was below standard. Even the security in the parking area was unprofessional and not decent, which added to the discomfort. I would definitely not recommend staying here and will never return. There are much better options available in Colombo for the same price.

During our family vacation, we stayed in Supun Arcade Service Apartment. The building have 3 bedroom units, however, you can book for 2 bedrooms, as they will keep the 3rd room locked. The area is very convenient to most places. At the ground floor you will get an average supermarket for all your daily needs. Most of the people chose this place as its is very convenient to hospitals, and other recently opened shopping malls. The reception is very friendly staff. They have a rooftop café style place. They serve an average breakfast. However, the eateries are all around, so don’t worry about the food. The famous money exchange is just the opposite of the road. The apartment is equipped with a fantastic kitchen and washing room as well. You can prepare all your meals at the apartment conveniently. You can choose this place to stay long, or even as a transit, when you want to travel up north as well. Please keep in mind that this is NOT a luxury service apartment! However, the place is worth what you pay and I would say, this is not a bad accommodation. If you are booking via online platforms, please be careful to read all the small clauses, as they might show 3 or 2 bedrooms, but all it is 3 bedrooms, and you only get the keys for what you have paid. For the management, I would highly recommend to keep a luggage weighing machine / scale at the reception so that, during the checkout to airport, it will be very easy for heavy travellers.

The only good thing about Supun Residency is its location, I do understand that it is a budget service apartment but that is no excuse for filthy bathroom, unfresh bedsheets, stale smell of cigarettes in the entire apartment, cobwebs in the bathroom, plumbing issue, mould, worn up painting on the wall, lounge air conditioner not working, water dispenser not working. safe needed repair. Over all the feel of the apartment is extremely depressing. The so called buffet breakfast is only applicable if there are more then 20 guests. We had booked it for 3 nights, we left in 2. The staff is kind I have to say but i dont blame them, with this kind of state, there is little they can do to damage control.

Supun Arcade Residency in Wellawatta is a fantastic place to stay! The staff is friendly, and the apartments are spotless with clean rooms and bathrooms. The view adds to the charm, and everything you need is nearby—Apico Supermarket, laugfs Supermarket, and even their own supun Supermarket. A must-visit place for convenience and comfort. Highly recommended

We had an awesome stay at this hotel for two nights! The pool was amazing with a fantastic view that made it perfect for relaxing. The staff were super friendly and quick to help out. For instance; out water dispenser was empty so we asked them if they can replace it. To our suprise within 5 minutes they came with a new full tank of water and installed it. We would especially like to thank Thanesh, Askar, Rukshan, and Sahan for making our stay extra special. Thanks, guys! We’ll definitely be back.
