Hotel room was clean enough, we had no major issues during our stay. Someone was always at the front desk. The bathroom floor flooded when we showered, but a couple towels soaked it up well. Good value for the price. Great location; restaurants, markets, tour meet ups, etc all in walking distance.

The safe in the room was locked . The fridge is in a cabinet totally enclosed, no wonder it can't get cold. Parking is advertised free but is very limited in space. So we had to find our own parking. Good luck! Clean room . No smell. Good bed. Great 12mn walk to Jaffa gate. I would stay again.

I dread to think if this was anyones first impression of Israel and was met with the same air of the disdain we received at front desk. We had stayed at this hotel a year ago and the standard has dropped to a level that we were extremely disappointed with and unfortunate to experience. Our Premium room, had a lovely view and was a good size. There was had no hairdryer yet there were in the standard rooms, shower door was broken, flexible mirror on bathroom wall missing, bottle top and dusty under beds for all of our 3 night stay. The TV channel about the hotel had an area for requests. We requested an iron and hairdryer. Neither were acted on. We asked for an iron in person after we had no response in 24 hours only then did we receive an iron. Limited information on the Hotel TV Channel. The plus side is a great location and nice staff in the dining area, Shabbat dinner and lunch delicious and plentiful and staff in the dining area responsive and nice. The man at reception on Saturday 15 April was very helpful. Unfortunately, the person at reception ,Israela,-no badges worn- was extremely rude and unhelpful. No greeting on arrival or at any time. Complete indifference. We arrived soaked after a downpour. The catering person advised us there were no umbrellas the receptionist just ignored our sodden state. . Any request was answered with no before we had finished a sentence. A total lack of hospitality and care .Whist at the desk, someone came to complain about a sewerage smell in room which was met with a shrug of the shoulders . We had many an underwhelming encounter with her one of them was when we requested a late check out advised we were willing to pay for half day board,I had seen rooms were available, once again her response was no ,without looking in the system. I checked again the next night and the gentleman on the desk looked to see if it was possible and advised us we could certainly have late checkout. We asked for our rooms for 3 consecutive nights Israela told us we would have to change rooms to do so,,this proved not to be the case. I could go on about more situations and will write to management.I think the message is clear. Show less Date of stay: March 2023

This hotel is in great location, I would it give them 10 *. Walking distance from the Old City of Jerusalem, cross street of the YMCA, and King David Hotel, aso from Manila Shopping Mall. Natalya and Ahmad very kind, friendly and helpful, everyone is great! Rooms very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious, fresh. I will come back to this hotel next time when I come to Jerusalem for sure.

wow what a teribble service! the location is great but thats it- from the moment we got the service was so bad and not welcoming. the guy in the service seemed like we are bothering him and demended the money in advance. and the we found hair on our pillow! how discosting. and when we called the service to complain, they said its not possible. how rude. (i have pictures). when we asked toreplace room, they gave us a very nice room but they didnt come to help us with the suitcases. so my husband had to carry *eveything* by himself. they didnt even apologized. im disabled so we moved to the accesible room that in the site was written it cost less. they refused to give us the discount. NOT RECOMENDED.
