This is a good hotel for families but for me it wasn’t a good experience as, unfortunately,
I didn’t check if there was AC and the temperatures at that time were around 40 degrees, making it almost impossible to sleep. There was one small fan which was a joke. Too small to do any difference in the room. I was there for business only, so of course different from the families with kids using the time in and around all the pool facilities. For families I’m sure they love it. Breakfast was a bit chaotic as it was obviously holidays.

Pool area and room was great, no complaints at all.
Unfortunately, the bathroom had a problem with the plumbing, because a strong smell of sewage came out of it.
Also, the pool area was advertised to close at 18:00, but the staff started closing it down at 17:00.

Jag fick en familj rum som var stor och inte städat på länge , luktade rök och enlig personalen var en allergi rum , jag fick betal 400 kr extra för att få en mindre rumskompis var någorlunda städat, duschen var inte alls bra då det kom litet vatten fram duschen

Vi var ett större sällskap som hade förbeställt mat. Tyvärr var matupplevelsen inte den bästa. Förrätten (skagen) gick väl an. Torsken som några av oss valde var förvånansvärt smaklös och illa komponerad.
Hotellet som jag besökt sedan 60-talet skulle må bra av en facelift. Det känns gammalt och ofräscht, inte minst pga de heltäckande mattorna.

Konstigt att det inte ingår att man kan bada när man hyr ett rum under vistelsen. Framtagning av frukost var inte klar till man öppnade kl06.30 och först kl07.00 kunde man läsa vad de olika maten var för något inte bra med tanke på de som är allergiska.

Oj, vad Brunnen har försämrats. Goda ambitioner av trevlig personal, bra frukost och helt ok rum men det märks verkligen att ingen satsning sker finansiellt vad gäller upprustning eller förnyelse.
