We were on a road trip around Sweden. Check in was quick and easy with parking within the building which was very handy. Our room was very nice with a city and river view. The decor of the room was quite modern with a few different features to lots of hotels. The bed was very comfortable with a nice bathroom.
Breakfast was very good with lots of choice so no complaints.

I would prefer that the curtain on the window could be pushed tightly to the wall, because from May the "white nights" slowly start to get longer and the light from the outside disturbs the night rest.

It's unique in that no one works there. When you enter, it's almost like a mall. You'll see signs with "check-in" but these are computers. You're supposed to check in yourself and create your own key. I had an issue with my card not reading properly and had to track someone down from the hotel next door to take my payment.
Cool place, but the check in is not for me.

Amazing rooms that give you just enough space, but feel homely - great design, right in the centre of town with effortless self check in.
Breakfast was really varied, and tasty - good coffee, and great overnight oats!
My only comments are that water goes everywhere when showering, and that the ventilation spews out a lot of dust!!

Fair value. Small rooms , good for a night or two.
Breakfast area needs more tables and more staff.
Weekends were way too busy for the limited area they have.
Parking is a nightmare, all on street paid parking and expensive during the day ( free after 7pm ).

Perfekt rum. Inte speciellt stort men väl disponerat med jättefin utsikt över Umeälven från 11:e våningen. Bra värme och stilfullt inrett. Okej sängkläder. Inte de där riktigt fluffiga täckena men ändå sköna. Bra frukost där man satsar på kvalitet i stället för kvantitet men det var alldeles tillräckligt.

Älskade rummet med utsikt över hela Umeå. Fantastisk rum, bra frukost, bra ide att Stora hotellet och U & Me har en gemensam frukost buffet. Allt var gott utom kalla ägg och kalla äggröra. Personalen skulle kunna vara lite trevligare men vid frukosten är det ingen fara. Vi hade ett så fint rum då är det små saker.

Efter lite krångel att hitta stället och checka in, helt ok. Saknade avställningsyta i badrummet, en golvraka hade inte heller varit fel. Det hade kunnat finnas en vattenkokare några tepåsar och snabbkaffe i stället för en gammal skrivmaskin. Varför heltäckningsmatta? Vidunderlig utsikt och god frukost. Vi fick hjälp av en trevlig kvinna att boka garage. Så sammantaget helt ok boende.

Den var bra, inte mycket att klaga på. Lite märkligt med handfatet för toan ute i rummet samt så var rummet väldigt dammigt. Så till den grad att men kände det i bihålorna.
