The property was fully renovated and very clean providing kettle and coffee machine in the room , though the double room was small but for short stay it’s convenient since it’s 5 minutes walk to the train station and walking distance of 10 to 15 minutes to the town and shopping area

Lovely spa hotel. Very close to the train and bus station. The breakfast was delicious and staff helpful. It was nice to come back to the hotel and use the gym and spa after a long day of sightseeing.
Please note that this hotel is in the heart of the Red Light District.

Lovely hotel, small but city centre location so expected, spa was a real highlight. Very close to the central station and easy walk to the centre of Geneva and the Lake. Staff were always helpful and rooms serviced well,

Hotel in red light distrixt & lots of men hanging round looking you up & down.
Staff not friendly, room was tiny so asked to move, carpets in hotel & room filthy & had drink marks on bedside table.
Breakfast was good & waiter very efficient.
Hotel is ok for cheap stay & convenient for station but be aware of seedy surroundings

Hotel is small and cute in the lobby area however the room was so small I couldn’t even open my suitcase. The location is central but the street is on is a bit sketchy. I would not return.

Hotel clean, good breakfast, good shower and bed very comfy but the room was very small. Small area to hang clothes, no drawers, desk took up a large part of the room, no space big enough to store a suitcase. Definitely could have been designed better. Also pool area is lovely but pool water spills over flooding the spa and tiles have no grip - creates an incredibly difficult surface to walk on, saw multiple people fall over. No handrails on stairs with a slippery surface - the spa is closed this week and I hope it is to change the flooring before there’s a serious accident. Hotel is in the red light district but always felt safe. We were on the first floor of the hotel and the street was quiet overnight.

The hotel was reasonably priced. The property was clean and updated, as were the rooms. We liked the pool and sauna on the lower level. Unfortunately it was so loud at night because this hotel is on a street with brothels and drug dealers. Because it was summer and hot — and there was not sufficient air conditioning, we had to sleep with the window open and it was impossible with the yelling and partying all night long.

I rented a ‘club’ room which turns out to include zero extra services / facilities. The room was dirty. Hair on the sink, debris on the floor. The bed sheets were clean - nothing else. The room layout is really odd. Stand-alone toilet and stand-alone shower like phone booths in a room. Very average. I would not stay here again.

Starting with the good, it's close to the train station and the staff are very helpful. The neighborhood by the train station may look a little dicey at first, but we were out at 4:30am and it's safe.
Our rooms were incredibly small. There was not room on the floor to lay open a medium-sized suitcase! There is not a separate bathroom - there is a sink in the main room, and the shower and toilet are in small closets right off the main room! Everything was clean and comfortable, but these rooms were just too small for us.
The elevator is tiny, only enough for 3 people, or 2 if you have suitcases.

Our check in was good, the receptionist was nice and helpful. I would like to mentioned the lady who prepares the breakfast, I believe her name is Soraya (I hope I spelled it correctly) she was nice and courteous. Overall our stay was good.

Located at great spot for walking and exploring all parts of Geneva both the old town and the lake. The restaurant has a really cute small pool, sauna area to refresh after a long day of walking.

This property is within walking distance of the railway station so in that respect it’s convenient. The property itself is well maintained. The room was clean & the bed comfortable. However we did have a tear in our top sheet, and had to ask for more soap in the shower.
The spa & pool are fantastic after a long day travelling.
Parts of the areas around the hotel can give you an unsafe feeling.
The staff whilst polite had limited English.
In saying that the hotel is value for money.

We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, sauna, and chairs in the spa area! Usually I don’t get hotel breakfasts, but this time for whatever reason we did, and I was quite glad! Great service at breakfast and nice food selection. Only down side is our room felt a little bit small and some stains on our floor. Would still likely return.
