Stayed here for one night before catching glacier express out of st moritz. Will definitely stay here again. The hotel is a bit away from the town, but they offer shuttles. The hotel restaurant is excellent. I also especially enjoyed the hot tub with the most stunning view of the mountains

Nice view from the hotel. Close to downtown St. Moritz. Very clean. Staff very gracious and accommodating. Bonus for the free train rides, etc.

The location was wonderful (but really hard to walk to). Make sure you call and reserve a shuttle ride to the hotel. The staff was Great and make sure you order it with breakfast included, it has an Amazing selection! The unit was really clean but we did find that some of the linens had small holes in them (no big deal). We did not get to experience a lot the place had to offer and would love to visit again.

This location was far out but we easily walked to town and the valley each day and could schedule a shuttle back or even to and from the city center. The room was very comfortable and clean, food was excellent and we would definitely stay again. We did not ski but the storage area and services seemed very nice. Staff was amazing.

Friendly service, we were able to check in early. The room is smallish but clean and comfortable. Large on site outdoor parking. The wellness is also rather small but well maintained and clean. The breakfast buffet offers a lot of variety.
Location is a bit outside of St Moritz but its quiet and next to the skilift.

The most beautiful hotel. Firstly they picked us up by shuttle from St Moritz train station To the hotel
On arrival we were greeted and were given the best room overlooking the mountains still with snow on top.
As we had booked 3 days stay we were given free passes for buses and few excursions as it was summer period.
They had spa - with massages jacuzzi indoor steam room
Dinner was al a carte
Overall st Moritz is very expensive but worth every penny

Stayed 1 night after travelling on the Glacier Express all day. A warm welcome awaited us at this amazing country hotel with its outstanding mountainous panoramic background.
A hotel shuttle bus transfers you from the station. Both the reception and restaurant staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. Both the evening meal and breakfast were excellent served in lovely surroundings with a pleasant atmosphere. Plenty of choice for all appetites. The bedroom chosen was clean and uncluttered with most of the usual amenities ( although no tea / coffee provided) For what was paid there are no complaints. If by chance we return to St Moritz then a longer stay at Randolins would be on the cards.

The property is in a beautiful location, but it is a bit further from St. Moritz than expected. The room was inexpensive, and even though we received an "upgrade," it was small and dingy, with a tiny bathroom and tiny shower. The view, however, was very beautiful. The food at the restaurant was good, and some of it (dinner) was very good. The place seemed empty. The sauna was very nice, but the remainder of the spa was a bit disappointing (water in hot tubs not hot enough, there was not really any jets, the steam room had a perfumey fragrance).

Clean and comfortable family room. The room looks new and modern. Nice breakfast, good location even though the street to reach the hotel is very narrow. The hotel provides washing machine for 5 Fr, BUT no dryer.

It's in a beautiful location but is really designed as a ski chalet not a hotel. No one at hotel after 10pm, mini bar is NOT stacked with anything. We had a premium room but no porter service or trolley and it was a fair walk up hill to get there and when you do theres no internal lift. Car park is a long walk down a steep road whilst its available its not a convenient location.Shuttle service, from memory ended 5.30 (from memory ) so not convenient for getting to St Moritz

We enjoyed this hotel. Easy to get to the ski slope on shuttle bus. Great breakfast. Always fresh fruits onthe front desk. Lovely disigned Spa with Beautiful view of the mountains . Fire place in the hall. Shuttle bus to the city. Very friendly place.....We will come back again.
