What a nice place! The staff are so friendly and thoughtful. We had to catch an early train our last morning. The night before, I asked the staff if it was possible to grab a yogurt before our train, even though it was way before breakfast... they packed us very generous to-go breakfasts with yogurt, sandwiches, an apple, and even water and chocolate bars!
Clean rooms, clean lobby, great location, wonderful staff!

Just stayed here a for a couple of nights to explore Bern and our stay was fantastic!
Ludmyla and Jessica were helpful in organizing dinner and things to do and see for our short time there.
The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We had three rooms for our family of 6. Although situated in an area where there is a lot of nightlife, (there’s a nightly light show next door) it didn’t bother us one bit.
The breakfast again was top notch with coffee readily available throughout the day. I really enjoyed the smoked salmon!
If we are to ever visit Bern again this hotel would surely be on our list to revisit!

Beautiful quaint hotel in an outstanding location for stays in Bern, just a 5 minute walk from the train station. The staff was AMAZING, helpful, polite, friendly, and welcoming. If you’re trying to explore the old town, couldn’t be in a better location for shopping, dining, or business! They even thoughtfully provided ear plugs in case you are disturbed by the minimal early morning traffic for deliveries.

One word: noisy ! I paid £132 ($150 CHF) for a single-room (without breakfast), and it was possibly the dumbest hotel choice I've ever made in my entire life.
The room is fine, very clean, lots of USB slots, and even an EU plug socket if you need it. But it was tiny. The hotel is dead in the centre of Bern, just a few metres from the main Parliament square so if, like me, you're there when there's music on, or a protest, your hotel room will sound like a nightclub.
They provide basic earplugs next to the bed, but even with my Sony Noise-Cancelling headphones, I had a headache after being in the room for 30 minutes. And the windows are not even slightly designed to keep any of the outside noise out.
I was allowed to check-in early, around 1pm... but by 5pm, I had given up, checked out, and went back home. The best part of this hotel stay was commuting back home, getting into my bed, and being able to sleep at night. I'm just relieved I hadn't pre-paid for breakfast.
On a positive note, the receptionist staff were absolutely lovely, very friendly, and I loved the little touches and notes around the reception area, with ideas of things to do in Bern.
But seriously, if you want to get any rest, go for a hotel a few streets away from the Parliament area. You'll thank me later.

This was a great stay from start to finish. It really does check off all the boxes. Location is perfect; close to the heart of the town and the train station. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable and super clean. Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet at night. Shower is a touch small but still serviceable. Wi-Fi had good speed and coverage. I would easily come back here and stay again. Excellent hotel!
