The front desk was quite helpful with providing information in reference to the local area. The room itself was tiny, but it had all the modern amenities including a full shower and a separate toilet. This was one of the few hotels I found in Gevena area with a gym, and the gym included a running machine, elliptical, and a sitting bicycle. I would stay again :)

The hotel was great, very clean, and updated. The staff was very helpful and welcomed us, by providing us with information on the area. This hotel is within walking distance of the old town, and just a `block away you have a choice of 5 restaurants. Will definitely stay there again!

The front desk staff were absolutely amazing. Went above and beyond to make our stay special. Don’t let the location deter you. We felt safe and relaxed our whole visit. It’s conveniently located between the lake and the train station. I will warn that the beds are very firm. Other than that, room was perfect. Bathroom was beautiful and the daily service was great.

Bad neighborhood, very loud outside so don’t expect a good night’s sleep
Safe broken, I was told to put a lock on my suitcase and put my valuables inside
Flat pillows, asked for extra and told that not 1 pillow is available in the hotel, and then I was overcharged $70 for the night

Super-friendly staff that was very concerned to get me into a room after an overseas flight. Throughout my stay, the customer service was top notch! They had gluten-free options for breakfast (you have to tell the front desk though). Breakfast buffet was excellent!
