Very pleasantly surprised with the space and quality of the room. Not the flashiest but very clean, great and flexible service and in an excellent location. Far better than some of the brand hotels we stayed in on our tour at 3 times the price.

Stayed one night as a stop to take the bernina express. My best description I can say is that it was okay, it provided everything you need to spend the night but it isn’t anything out of the world. The property is on an old style home is a little rustic. So it can feel a little dated. I must say however that it was very clean and the staff was quite helpful and nice. It was a great location with a walkable distance to restaurants and more importantly was a 10 mins from the train station

The property was in a great location. Only set back is the stairs leading to the reception area; there’s no lift or ramp. If you have an oversized bag or bigger luggage you need help. Unfortunately, no staff to help since only one person at reception

We arrived to the hotel late at night and the hotel door was locked and there was no one to open or call. Thanks to the restaurant adjacent to the hotel they helped us to reach our room as there was no one at the reception either. The reception was working during certain hours and they send us this information via email only AFTER seven hours than our check out. We literally self checked in and self checked out. Can not recommend to anyone

In the edge of the old town so easy to get to from the train station. Comfy room and really friendly staff. The corridor was under renovation at the time so looked a bit run down.

Nice stay in a very clean room with a comfortable bed on 4th floor with elevator. Hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. There are two flights of stairs with no elevator from the street to the reception desk. Hotel is clean convenient to train station and restaurants.

There was a very strange key lock system. Under renovations. Superior room was okay but rest of hotel very dated. Breakfast was minimal and not very tasty; over priced. Good location.

Excellent stay. Our only recommendation is better signage at the front door. We arrived in the dark and had trouble finding the way. The light didn’t come on until we actually tried the door.

We stayed in a special room no.5 . The oldest room in Chur. Very historical. Clean. Old floor so expect creaking when walking around. Overall 1 night stay was pleasant and interesting.
