Very good hotel. Shared bathrooms were very clean, great breakfast in the morning. Walking distance to the train station and right next to plenty of good restaurants. Excellent for the price.

Helpful staff, good breakfast, fresh coffee or chocolate with breakfast, clean rooms and facilities, convenient to everything, close to train station, enjoyed dinner. Difficulty in walking up to 4th floor location of bedroom. Had to go to 3rd floor to shower. Will be happy to return but make sure to stay on 3rd floor.

This was a VERY basic hotel room. No tissues, no fridge, no tea or coffee, no safe, extremely noisy, but the staff and breakfast were great.

I stayed in room 22.
It was extremely small and I would highly recommend to take take this enormous closet out of the room in exchange for something smaller.
One person does not need such a big closet.
The room could use a little updating.
Fresh coat of paint,new curtains etc.
The personnel was great.

Lovely stay. Charming hotel. Room basic but very clean. Nice breakfast. Chur is wonderful. Old town and museum very interesting. Chairlift fantastic with amazing views and easy walking trails.

Rent och snyggt på rummet men ett minus att hotellet saknade hiss och vi som är 70 och 75 år hamnade på 4:e våningen med varsin tung ryggsäck. Ingen dusch på vår våning.

Great location. 10 mins from train station and you can walk around town in 30 mins. Will stay here again. Ana is so pleasant to talk to and so is the rest. Restaurant has delicious good.

This is the perfect place to rest after a long day of traveling. We were taking the Bernina Express into Italy and stayed here the night before. The staff is exceptional and well as the room! We opted for a private bath but after staying we would of just as well stayed in a room with the shared bathroom. The complimentary breakfast is amazing! Boiled eggs, fresh bread, croissants, fruit, yogurt, granola,variety of fresh cheese and ham.Book here you won’t regret it!

But tricky to get there. But someone was kind enough to take us there. Very basic room no expectations. That’s what it says anyway. Floor squeaks w lot. Bed makes noise even when u r turning around in your sleep. Floor and bed disturbs other person’s sleep. The property was keep very clean at all times during my stay. The staff were very professional, friendly, polite and helpful. They go above and beyond to help with what I needed. The ladies at the reception welcomed me warmly, help me get situated and provided me with an adapter for my computer since I had the USA adapter. Breakfast was the highlight, food served was excellent. Clean and well arranged buffet. Bathrooms were regularly cleaned. The property smelled clean. I felt very safe and welcomed throughout my six day stay. A big thanks to all the ladies that made my stay pleasant especially Anna and the rest...DANKE! I will return!

Hotel is in a very good location in the old town. Lot's of dining options around. Breakfast is simple but it is adequate. Restaurant dawnstairs is good. Rooms are pretty small but thats what you get for such a low rate. Staff are kind and helpful. One thing I was disappointed about was, when I requested a cup of hot water, I was told that I must pay 4 Swiss Francs to fill my cup with hot water. I have traveled to over 35 countries and no one ever charged me for a cup of hot water before..
I would certainly recommend this hotel to others.
