The staff is very helpful. The location is good. It’s just a few minutes to the train station. We were able to park our car under ground. The bed is hard. Good breakfast.

Overall a nice place to stay. The triple bed room was very tight though and we got the room on the 4th floor where it felt even more cramped. The shower definitely needs redesigning. Other than this, everything else was great.
Franco at reception was very nice and shared good recommendations.

We enjoyed the value accommodation and it's proximity to the Zermatt Shuttle. The included breakfast was perfectly respectable and fed us well. We found there was little in the way of comforts other than the bed in the rooms, but appreciated the small balcony. Train noise might be an issue for very light sleepers, but was acceptable for us. I would say the underground parking requires sprucing up as it is quite foreboding right now.

It was the perfect little place for what I needed, walking distance from the Täsch station, as well as available parking underground, they also allowed me to keep my car parked there after check out so I could go to Zermatt and back which worked out perfectly.

Very loud. You can hear all the joining rooms. Wood floors, chairs & shoe bench that you can hear people dragging across the floor. Barely slept Very aggravated. Also the bar restaurant was closed, so had to go to the only restaurant open in town down the road.
