Excellent hotel!

Very far away from airport. Taxi very expensive ... good breakfast... in the middle of nowhere... good customer service and very nice staff

Dont spend the extra money to get the panoramic lake view... its a panoramic view of railroad tracks with trains passing all night long... the only time you can see the lake is when you are right up to the window off to the side. The ac barely works and its hot and stuffy, if you open the window you will be attacked by mosqitos all night long. Also our shower head was broken and only held at the absolute bottom. Asked to switch rooms, was refused. No coffee machine or hot water pot. The food was okay at the restaurant. Also, takes like an hour to get into Zurich, its way on tge outskirts if you are not familiar with the area.

Very corporate hotel. Room spacious and comfortable On a very busy road. Easy safe parking

We were given a room which was attached to another room and door was not locked someone just walked into our room. When asked to change the room, receptionist said there was no other room available within our rate. Pillows were not comfortable and it was hot in the room. Air conditioning was not cold at all and was just blowing air. Breakfast was great and most importantly there was free parking available. Location is also great next to the lake.

Good hotel in great location for lake and train.

We traveled to Switzerland for the first time and decided to stay here instead of Zurich because it was cheaper. It is far from all the touristy places but that made our stay more peaceful being away from all the crowds we rented a car so location wasn’t a huge problem for us since we just drove everywhere. Breakfast buffet was pretty good and convenient.

I will give an Excellent 👌review of overall service ,cleanliness ,dining experience specially to waitress Thery , she is so caring , accommodating and passionate about customer service/care. Enjoyed the luxury of SPA though the steam room is defective. The view ,soft beds and spacious room is very nice 👌.So happy and grateful to be in Seedamm Hotel , would highly appreciate and recommend it 🙏

We chose this hotel as we needed a place for stopover on our drive to Innsbruck. It is ideally situated off the highway. There is a casino in the hotel as well. The room was quite large (family of 4) with a balcony overlooking the lake. We had dinner at the sushi restaurant, which was excellent. The breakfast the next morning was also very good (one of the best on our trip). The options were numerous and we enjoyed the fresh OJ machine. Parking was ample and easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Seedamm was a very nice stay. We had a panorama room on the 3rd floor. Train right under the balcony - but it’s almost whisper quiet and does not bother at all. Kids loved the game room facility. Mediterranean restaurant was ok, sushi was never open for some reason Free parking and plenty of it, with direct access by elevator. With limited dining options the fridge in the room could be bigger and have a small freezer in it as well. Another nice addition that would not hurt - water kettle. AC was loud but not as efficient at all, the weather was good during our stay so it was ok, but when it’s hotter - that would be an issue. Breakfast options could also include selections for vegans and pescatarian clients.

Well located hotel away from the crowded city center. It is pretty close to a beautiful walking trail and close to the lake as well. The is a mall with a super market (Migros) within 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

Great location and hotel. The room was modern and with air conditioner. This hotel also has casino inside. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They had one of the best breakfast with lots of fruits, breads, juices, cereals etc. You will be very pleased with the breakfast. Overall... 5 star ratings.

Great hotel for a short stay -- restaurant was great.

Seedamm Plaza was a great location for our family to explore the area. It’s location to Alpamare is excellent, for those looking to go there. Rooms are comfortable. Breakfast buffet is good, minus not having decaffeinated coffee options. The standard coffee was very bitter and subpar as well. The rooms with a view of the lake also have a view of the train line… not optimal. These rooms also are located to the side where the conference center is, an loud music can be heard until very late, should an event be taking place. Despite this, the hotel is very nice.

Great stay, huge hotel with Casino, amazing breakfast, but the food is a bit pricey!
