On doit amener ses propres sacs poubelle, il n’y a pas de gel douche à disposition, les meubles sont usés, les linges pour la salle de bain sont une option supplémentaire payante, les draps des lits sont posés dessus dans un sac plastique (on doit donc faire et défaire à la fin les lits nous-mêmes), la ferme avec les animaux était fermée au public lorsque nous y étions (août 2024), et pour finir lors du Check out on apprend que le parking est payant (CHF12/jour). Par contre, employés sympa et situation de l’hôtel pratique (proche du lac des 4 cantons).

No towels in the apartment. You have to ask for them and they cost $11 per person.

Definitely bring your own towels! And understand that food in Switzerland is expensive. Other than that this is an amazing location in the hills with beautiful views of the lake and surrounding mountains. There is something for all ages and you can take a morning hike up above Morschach for more spectacular views. The pool area kept the kids entertained for an entire day. Our family of 6 loved this resort.

The beds were comfy, the view was great, and I enjoyed the breakfast, but the smell was a bit weird near the hostel entrance.

Swimming Area

Sehr schön gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Anlage (besonders Brötchen) überteuert. Apartment sehr schön. Alles sauber! Schwimmbad schön für Kinder, aber leider sehr voll. Insgesamt empfehlenswert mit Kindern.

Im Hotel war alles perfekt, das Reisen mit Kindern war fantastisch! 100 % empfehlenswert. Das einzige Problem ist, dass der Check-in um 16 Uhr unglaublich spät ist, fast schon lächerlich, und der Check-out um 10 Uhr. mit Kindern ist es eine Herausforderung.

We stayed in the hostel part of the resort and had a room with two sets of bunk beds, which led out to a huge shared deck area and also had a very large common area that overlooks the resort. We had chosen this place for a bit of respite on a backpacking tour of Europe (myself and my two teens) and it did not disappoint. We loved the pool area, there are some nice walking trails, and there is a little farm there. We would eat breakfast in the morning on the deck listening to the cow bells as they roamed the field and enjoy the view of the mountains. The food was good but we really only tried the buffet for breakfast, the pizza/pasta restaurant for dinners, and the pool snack bar/restaurant for lunches. We appreciated we could just charge things to our room by tapping our wristbands. The little store was helpful for additional snacks if wanted. Staff were helpful and friendly, room was clean, bedding was comfortable. We would definitely return and our only regret was the short amount of time we had there.

Really small room! We were not informed that we had to share bathroom with others. Great breakfast and great swimming pool.

stay was very nice once we overcome the shock that our room wasn't a hotel room but rather a holiday home. it is not clearly states that the specific room (which is right next to other rooms) doesn't include housekeeping, towels etc. i think knowing that in advance would help as it would not change my decision of staying at swiss holiday park, just make me come better prepared

This place is a hidden gem in Switzerland. I had a terrific experience from the moment I arrived until the moment i left. The sound of the cow bells, the birds, the view of the mountains, everything was just magical! The room was beautiful and clean, very cozy and spacious.

I just recommend this place to the families with at least 2 kids otherwise It didn’t at all worth the price! Everything in the hotel was very basic and not at all like the picture. The water resort area was good but again not worth the price.

It has a great location and great place for family with children. Children loves the farm. Just the they could not ride at the gocar, it is always closed , one of the poor point , thats it.

This hotel is not what you expect. Be careful when booking this hotel. They don't provide you with towels and charge you $10 for each towel. They make you clean the rooms and take out the trash. If you don't they charge you. I booked two rooms for my family to stay at a nice resort, instead they gave me two apartments that I didn't not ask for. It basically ruined our trip as we had to pay for everything despite the fact that they charged us $1400 for 2 nights. When I complained they said it's because you booked through Expedia.

Good place to stay on the mountain.
