The property was dirty. No heating, we were freezing for 2 night. The toilet was disgusting with blood on the front of the toilet which made us really sick. No 1 answer my email RE heating operation. It was terrible but cannot get any accommodation near by as the rain and the snow keep coming.

Nice staff. Good location.

Although it took me a little while to find the place (it was night and there were people standing where the entrance is) it was a good place to spend the night. There was a tv screen but no control 😔

It was horrible! Dirty rooms. No air-condition, its like sleeping inside the oven. The very dusty Fan was not even blowing any air. Floor was very dirty, it looks like it was never clean for months. Customer service was useless. I requested few things but i was ignored, i found the housekeeper to ask questions but she was very nasty with bad attitude. Over all it was a hell! Stay away from this place. The neighborhood also kinda sketchy. A lot of random people hanging out outside the entrance and it doesn’t feel safe. Room also doesn’t have double lock inside.

A pretty dismal experience - (a) the window was fixed, could not be opened, the only way to get air into the room was to open the door onto the hallway (b) the window had a light net curtain but no heavy curtain to stop the light in the morning (c) the TV did not work (d) the sink plug was missing (e) there was no shelf in the bathroom, toilet bags had to be put on the floor (f) no hotel staff on site

There’s ventilation problem and few basic appliances like water heater is missing. They did provide a fan which made the stay bearable. Rest it’s an average place to stay pretty convenient from public transportation.

Bohemian neighborhood was fun and reasonable in such an expensive city. Self check in was quick but we had questions and no one to call. No soap or wash clothes,shame. I had to use my own soap to wash forks.

Good bargain in an expensive Zurich. The room was adequate and the bed slept well. The air conditioning was not cold as I like but a small fan in the room helped. Overall was adequate for my needs. Restaurants nearby and some shopping. About a 20 minute walk from the Zurich Hb Train Station.

All those things were fine, but … there was nobody to contact in case of a problem: if you lock your key in the room; or if someone closed the door from the inside that cannot be opened from the outside without a physical key that we don’t have. And the note on the door says: keep the door closed at all time ! This is bad, there is nobody around to help you. And why is th TV operating only if you have the ceiling light on, and gets shut off automatically when you turn the light off?? This is so designed.

The room was not perfectly clean, very basic and several little damages on wall or bed. The all atmosphere is really cheap for the price you pay and even more due to the people in the stairs or in the corridor. Nothing more nothing less that what is announced. At least bed seem cleaned.

TV video did not work. Remote for window blinds missing. HVAC control did not work. Floor fan extremely dirty. Room was clean. Bed comfortable.

Noisy neighborhood and There is an Indian restaurant at the entrance which is the smell is bad inside the elevator and building too.

There are no windows that open to the outside. The only readily accessible fresh air is by opening the room door to the hallway. The room does not have controllable air conditioning. I rung and asked for the room temperature to be lowered or to be put in another room. I ended up booking and paying for a room at another establishment.

I have stayed 3 nights in this property... The cleanliness of the room was good, the bed was very comfortable. The bad things i Will say it now.... The TV did not work, i had no heating in the room for 3 nights, the noise from the other apartments was very loud even after the silence hours and i could not sleep very much., if you take a shower all the water goes into your room, you need to put towels to stop entering the room. Rather than that i enjoyed my short break in Switzerland.

Room key provided did not work, customer service phone posted on door was out of service. We found another phone number online and when we were finally able to contact management, they were absolutely rude. We had to wait outside the room for almost 2 hours. Management never apologized. No hand-soap in room, no a/c, internet did not work, and bad smell in hallway and room due to a food stall in the first floor. Manager said he did not care because I had already paid and he would never reimburse. Horrible place to stay.

Without air conditioning, the window can’t opened. There is no service front desk. Clean once a week. The TV does not have a remote control. The only thing is that the transportation is convenient, and it is convenient to go anywhere

It’s the worst experience I got ever in my life, even I tried to reach Expedia as well because I don’t want to stay there.. I contacted the property they mentioned they don’t have air conditioning but they said we have cooling system only then I thought I will wait for some more time might be it takes time. There was no ventilation in the apartment, we can’t even open windows as well it was fully humid.. I won’t recommend anyone staying there unless you are coming in winters.. I wrote the email as well for the problems in the apartment but none of them get back to me related to issue.. last but not the least the shower was also leaking and the water was flowing outside the shower which created totally mess on the floor of washroom..

Location and Aprtment is perfect but there is no air ventilation , windows are fixed which is dangerous in summer weather , only one small fan is there which is not enough , even I mentioned earlier to provide the room with window but no response , so read reviews before book this . No support or help on site

It was difficult to find the entrance. The was no signage. Property information should include a description of the shops on each side of the entrance.

I had initially booked this hotel without reading the reviews, and to my dismay, they were absolutely horrible. By the time I realized this, it was too late to cancel as I had chosen a non-refundable option. However, upon arriving at the hotel, I found that the room wasn't as bad as described in the previous comments. It was clean and spacious, but the lack of air conditioning was a major drawback. Unfortunately, the weather during my stay reached around 30 degrees Celsius (95 degrees Fahrenheit), making it quite uncomfortable. I had to resort to opening the window for ventilation, which thankfully was an option in my room, unlike in some other rooms, I assume. To make matters worse, there was a restaurant nearby that seemed to attract very noisy guests, predominantly of Indian descent (nothing against the nation). I want to emphasize that it wasn't just regular noise, but rather loud conversations and screaming. The restaurant turned into a party venue both nights, and the noise persisted until midnight. Even though my room was located on the 4th floor, I could almost hear every word being uttered. Therefore, I cannot recommend this hotel to individuals with sensitive ears or to those seeking a peaceful rest after a long day of traveling through Switzerland. Additionally, the neighborhood surrounding the hotel had an Indian influence and was not as clean as other parts of Zurich.
