Very noisy with sounds from train, autos, people dining in restaurants below, and the conference room. My wife and I had difficulty sleeping.
I paid for a room with lake view but the half of the view is blocked by the train station building and trees, the the other half I can only see the lake through many electrical cables. Not worth the value we paid for.

We check in on Sept. 5, 2024 thru Sept. 09, 2024. The whole experience was really amazing. The Manager Hilal did a very awesome customer care. The hotel was clean and we had a great view by the lake. The breakfast and the staff was all just perfect. I will recommend Yarn to all my friends who will visit Zurich. Great in everything. 2 minutes walk to the train stations. Will sure be book again in the Yarn! Thank you again Hilal for your superb customer service.

Nice, clean and modern hotel. 2minutes walk from train station. Easy access to everywhere. Very good breakfast. The room are very clean and spotless. Close to the lake which has a good view. Happy with my stay.

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was out of the main Zürich area, so we found it quieter but we could easily catch a train wherever we needed. We stayed for two nights, then went to Maienfeld, then came back to stay. They kept our bags overnight for us for no charge which was really nice. They even left us chocolates in our new room on our return. The breakfast was tasty and fresh. Highly recommend.

Very friendly staff, the admin literally walked with us to show where parking was. The hotel is super clean. I believe they just finished renovations. It’s located right next to the train station, which is convenient as you can take the train to Zurich, Zurich airport and other areas around. But it is far enough from the main church, which is a plus because the bell goes off every hour, even at night, and I personally didnt hear it in my sleep.

From the moment we checked in, to the moment we checked out the staff at the yarn made our first visit to Switzerland an absolute joy.
The rooms were lovely and spacey. The staff were so kind and always asking how you are and making sure you have everything you need such as complimentary bath robes and slippers and cold glass bottles of water.
I love the way that they love the environment and encourage the drinking of the tap water (which was the coldest tap water ever!!!) we loved it!
Also the breakfast was really nice always topping everything up and the eggs were perfectly made every single morning to order .
I cannot fault these guys , also lovely touch that because it’s our anniversary they popped a bottle of wine in our room!.
We might be back next year!!!

The room was beautiful, a very comfy bed, aircon was a bonus in the middle of August. The breakfast was great and it was a perfect location for sightseeing. I message the hotel before arrival to ensure there would be a bed and they were very quick to reply. We would love to stay again!

The hotel is super clean and modern. The environment around that is beautiful. It is located in beautiful town right in front of a lake. The train stop is also couple steps away from the door of the hotel.

The only thing that I pay for parking and they didn't explain were the garage was. We park in front of the hotel which the parking is free. Hope I get a refund for the parking that I never used.
