Bitan Hotel

The staff, location is good, the breakfast is excellent. The property is kind of old, especially the toilet and bathtub in the room are very old style which can be improved if the hotel does the remodel.

Got a best lake view room. Good breakfast.

If you need hot water, you need to call front dest to turn on for you :( The bed is very hard, not comfortable There is not heater at all, the only way to keep warm is turn of air condition

A little aged but completely functional. TV has a variety of categories to watch. Lake view very enjoyable .

The front counter staff was confused and said we didn't have a reservation. Fortunately I had the printout and could show them. The building looks fancy on the outside but at least the part we stayed in was quite old and in need of renovation; our room was clean but the walls were scratched and (surface) damaged and the bed frame was rickety and noisy. Convenient location, only a short walk across the famous Bitan suspension bridge from Xindian station, but there are better options locally at a similar price.

Location is excellent, close to places of business in New Taipei City. Staff are very courteous and helpful. Most staff understand and speak English also. Very clean place. Noise level is low not absolutely quiet and comfortable enough for my business conference calls and webexes etc. WiFi is steady and very good. The room is a bit small if you are used to large rooms in big hotels. There isn't any gym or exercise room, and not expected either. Breakfast is reasonably good. I recommend this place highly. If I were to come to this area again, I will definitely try to stay here.

The staffs were nice The bed sheet and pillow case had stain on them, the cupboard had a strong umpleasant odour with oil stain on the door, the fridge was rusty. And i booked for two days but the staff made a mistake and called me for check out on the second day. The room was not as spacious as the picture shown

it was ok. just for breakfast should have fruits. and more western options more than asian food

For the price and location, there us no better place to compete with it.

Very far away from metro station, incrediable late check-in at 6pm on Saturday. So-called riverside room in higher cost is facing the bridge leg, no view at all.

灰塵偏多 一整晚睡眠品質不好 一直抓癢 因為是一個人睡 發現內鎖壞掉 挺沒有安全感

住宿狀况不錯，唯一的缺點是要自費停車，停車一日最高240元~360元，住一晚要算兩天。

這酒店在河的另一邊，"食/買"沒有捷運站那河邊方便，但亦因此較為寧靚。走吊橋過新店捷運站約12-15分鐘。
