Price of stay includes free tickets to nearby Green Park and Little Swiss flower garden. Room size adequate , no frig or air conditioner (usually not very warm even in summers).

Staff is responsive and helpful on room lock query. The room is nice to live in.

I enjoyed my stay over there. The staffs are friendly with their greetings, and front desk staffs are helpful with directions. I had some problems with the TV, and the 2nd level service desk staffs are helpful with it. Room amenities are quite comprehensive; non-slip bathroom mat+slipper etc., and even a shoe cleaning kit. particularly love the smell of the shampoo and shower gel; wished could take home more! :)

Room facilities and resort amenities are older than expected.

Stayed here for a night. The place is conveniently located near to 7-11, Swiss Garden and public bus stop. However, do not expect any service from the front desk. We asked about joining a sunrise tour and were told to call the tour agent ourselves. We asked for directions and were told to use a map. The room is fine but balcony was too dusty so we did not utilize it at all. Don’t expect much for breakfast either. The rest of our stay in other parts of Taiwan were fantastic and awesome.

Only Chinese and western food available. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

I stayed here for a day, but really want to stay more. As surrounding has shops, 7-eleven and restaurants, which very convenience. The problem i had is about hot water in shower (it's too hot, and i didnt call for help, as i have a bus to catch) and the water in flush toilet was not running.

The hotel gives free tickets to swiss garden and green green grassland. The location is also smack in the middle near shops. Overall good.

This is the second time that I'm staying in this guest house. It was alright on my first stay, however, for this second trip to this guest house, i was given room A105, the ceiling was opened, for don't know what reason which make my mum unable to sleep the whole night. I can only say if you are travelling with just a partner and have a tight budget in cingjing, this guest house is for you else go for the minsu around them, the experience will be much better.

Good - along the main road, close to Little Swiss Garden, 7-Eleven, Starbucks, eating places, shops, etc. Not so good - too many blocks, The walking and stairs might be difficult to manage if you have heavy luggages.

Counter staff don't feel so patience, however We got our room with great mountain view , good location with small plaza next to it. Blanket feel abit dusty

Location wise is not exactly near to Qing Qing Farm. It’s an hour walk up though by car it’s just 15 mins. There is a small shopping area with Starbucks, 7-eleven, lavender shop.. Room is not the best but the view is amazing. See photo attached, that’s the view from my room balcony. Amazing !! Breakfast was nothing to shout about.. need clear own plates also.

Pretty warm at night despite the high altitude. One fan provided was not enough for the family room of 4.

The room was clean and quiet. The facilities were generally good although there was a temporary power cut during the thunderstorm. I think the staff can be more friendly since one of them seemed to be annoyed when we just politely asked her about the information of shuttle bus. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

We choose this place because its near to bus stop. Check in exact 3pm. Quite good selection of breakfast. Received free entrance ticket to famous attraction. Just opposite walking distance is 7E , Carton king and Lil Swiss. They even have another 7E, MOS Burger, eateries and Starbuck adjacent to the building.Take a walk a lil tea plantation behind the hotel. You can even walk up to the Green Green Grassland if you are ok to walk and do a bit of hiking. It just the toilet a bit smelly. Guess because the building is quite old but I think they refurbished recently. Overall good stay for 2 nights.

The hotel location is good - near restaurant and bus station. The room is clean. The hotel facilities are great. They gave us a coupon for breakfast, Swiss farm park and green green grassland.

Very convenience for moving around places of interest.Many restaurants.Easy access.

Nice but small room, though it has a view of trees and a squirrel roaming from tree to tree.

This hotel's location is so convenient! It's so near the bus stop, and the Swiss garden, which has a convenient store next to it. They have a pretty backyard as well. And the room even comes with coupons for the sheep farm and the Swiss garden.

Location is perfect, just opposite little Swiss garden. Nantou bus is also nearby. Lots of food options nearby, convenience stores and also bubble tea. However pls note that there's no warmer or heater in the room. It was 4degrees and way too cold to sleep. The reception at second level gladly waited for us to Be back after dinner and gave us her heater at her work desk. However I'm not sure if there are any more for rental. It was way too cold. Breakfast was very Chinese style. But decent. Hotel do giv free tickets to cingjing farm and Swiss garden. Irregardless of which website u book the hotel on. U do not need to buy any more tickets.
