Room is very elegant, clean, and extraordinary spacious. Morning breakfast buffet is excellent. And hotel staff are extremely polite and helpful. Definitely one of the best hotels I stayed.

It was a very nice and fancy hotel. Great amenities. My only comment is the breakfast buffet is the same eveyday. We stayed for 6 days and we started to get tired of eating the same food evry single day. I was hoping that they would vary up some of their menu.

Check in was comfortable and quick. We were given some sparkling wine because of Expedia which wasn’t helpful because we don’t drink - and I think the hotel should replace this with another benefit for those who don’t drink. Hotel offered a free cake to celebrate my wife’s birthday which was great. We were given an upgrade to a nicer room. The room is spacious and comfortable. Balcony with a good swimming pool view and drapes which open and close automatically. Bathroom spacious and nice. Good amenities but would recommend including creamer or milk for those who like a latte as a coffee. Big bed. Quiet room. Staff are efficient and room service is good. Location may not be the best as it’s a bit far away. Overall though, a nice place to relax especially if you’ll be in the room more.

The property is very well kept and in a quiet, nice area. The staff is nice but doesn’t understand english as well as a 5 star hotel should. They do not understand the premise of going above and beyond for guests which is why I would rate 4 stars.

I booked for room with breakfast included and when we checked in was informed that breakfast was not for all in the room! This was not at all mentioned in the Expedia booking or terms and conditions. Very disappointing.

The hotel was overall a good stay as it is really cruising uncomfortable with good services provided. Only downside is that it is a little far from where most things are located in terms of vacation activity such as shops and eateries.

I forgot to mention about my VIP status which I think that’s the reason why I did not get a room upgrade and the sparkling wine. Therefore it’s not the hotel’s fault. My wife and I love the hotel and overall I give them a 10 out of 10 across the board.

The location is a little far away from the public transportation system, may have to take taxi.
The breakfast is good but the timing limit is not very considerate. Other hotels still let you finish your eating even after the 10:00am required deadline but this hotel wants you to leave/ finish by 10:00.

A grand and imposing hotel lobby and spotlessly clean rooms and public areas.
Fabulous bathroom and toilet facilities which if you're visiting from the UK (as we were), are beyond all expectations.
Area was convenient for the MRT stations and a taxi to airport took about 40 mins

A relatively new hotel in a newer area in Taipei. Room is comfortable, service is details oriented and considerate, breakfast is really great. We enjoyed our stay, especially for the friendly staff.
