The room was spacious and included a Japanese style sitting area. I appreciated how there were two luggage stands for our double bed room. The bed sheets were very nice! Breakfast was a little odd. There was only one type of cereal, in the ice cream section. There were breads and toast, but the only jam was Chinese plum jam and the only butter was truffle butter. I would characterize the cuisine as mostly Chinese and Malaysian (crab roe gua bao, crab wonton soup, and Kaya to go with the toast). There were also some Thai dishes.

It is a fantastic place for adults with young children. The ocean view room is awesome. The breakfast is amazing. The hotel itself was more than enough for me to feel like a resort.

Was a nice hotel, really far from the centre of town. Not a lot of places around to eat. Was raining when I stayed there so not a lot to do.

Very helpful staff, very nice bedroom where have slept incredibly well. Nice amenities. Only thing is it’s a bit far from the city. The room was beautiful. The hotel also was strong enough for an earthquake of 5.0 which occurred during my stay

This is a new and modern hotel. Our room had a full size bathtub with a view of the ocean. Truly remarkable. The only notable shortcoming was an absence of a safe box in our room.

VIP access is only 2 bottles of beer? what a joke! Avoid the VIP access from this hotel!
No any room upgrade even in weekday. i asked hotel staff, they told me they don't have any perk for us!
Marriage anniversary celebration compensation is 1* orange, 1*apple and 1*kiwi only! they ruined our celebration. Don't go if you wanna celebrate your big day in this hotel.
[Pro] breakfast is remarkable!
SPA is okay, water/sauna/stream are all too LOW temperature. no lotion after shower. what the another joke.
