Excellent location only a block away from the Taipei main train and the MRT stations. With many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Super convenient! Room has been renovated and updated. Front desk is on the 5th. floor of the building and theres no signage or address on the outside which makes it very very hard to find, even with the google map. Reasonable rate and comfortable bed. We enjoy our stayed. Highly recommend.

방도 어지럽히고 쓰레기도 많이 버렸는데 관광을 하고 저녁에 들어오면 깔끔하게 다 정리되있어서 정말 좋았습니다. 방도 넓고 침대도 편하고 캐리어 같은 짐을 둘 공간도 넉넉했었습니다.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Room is spacious. We booked the family room with windows.
Only suggestion to improve is the dryer. It’s too small..

The walls are quite thin, but if the room next door is not noisy, you can hardly hear anything. The transportation is convenient and the city is connected to the MRT.

Very close to the main station, just cross the street. The room is okay, suitable for families, comfortable. TV channels are okay. Bottled water, coffee, tea are refilled. The room was also cleaned even though I forgot to order it when I left. I definitely want to stay here again, for the price it's quite average.

The location is very good, easy to access and close to Taipei station. What needs to be improved is the friendliness of the staff and the lighting in the room, where most of the rooms are without handles so they need sufficient lighting.

I stayed for 7 nights, but the sheets and other things were only changed once and the carpet floor was not vacuumed every day, it was obvious from the hair that was still falling out.

Check in and check out took not much time. Even though I didn't put on the cleaning sign at the door knob, they did the cleaning for me everyday. I noticed that the staff who made my bed maybe difference day by day from the way they do with the blanket differently (or if they are the same person, maybe they like to change the mood😆). I'm totally surprised with how spacius the room is! It took like 10 steps to go the bahtroom and you can sleep in that big bahtroom if you want. One complain is that the room is not sound proof at all. I can hear chitchat sound from my right side neighbor and the water sound from the other side. I think my neighbor could hear me typing on my laptop when I put my laptop on the desk too.

There are too few receptionists. The service is not timely. The mood is not cheerful. The room is very small. The floor is carpeted. It doesn't feel very clean.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, right next to Taipei Main Station, making it easy to travel anywhere. The hotel is clean, and the staff provide excellent service. If I have the chance to visit Taipei again, I would choose to stay here.

Staff were very friendly, helpful and accomodated my request for early check in. They immediately gave me the room key once I informed them to check in and filled out the form. The room cleaned every day and they also gave me mineral water daily.

Very good accommodation, near Taipei Main Station, exit M2, M4, you will find it right away. It is in a building near the 5th floor. The bathroom is clean. There is space to open the luggage in the room comfortably. There are plugs at every head of the bed. There is a TV. We slept in a room with beds facing each other. There was a TV on both beds. It was great. Very impressed. There was only the elevator that took a long time to wait because the hotel is in a large building. Overall, it was very good.

It 's really convenient for people who plan to take public transport. The drawback is the check in start at 5pm though you can drop your luggage at the hotel. And if you want a bigger space room this is not recommended.

Location wise! So close to the main train station and bus station. You can just take the exit z2 or z4 to the basement of the taipei main station. Room service was great. They clean the room every day but it slacks on customer service where the receptionist didn't greet us well. He didn't even bother to smile and make a face during our check in. Need to improve on that. But I will totally recommend this place to anyone.
