most guests staying in the hotel are very nice, but near ktv ... which can't be changed

It’s more like a service appointment style place. The room it’s nice but it was a bit noisy and the breakfast was soso... not too many selections. The service and staffs are very nice. I will recommend this for a business trip.

Arrived late in the evening, staff at car park and check-in were all very efficient and helpful. Pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade. The suite was spacious with a separate sofa area and an open kitchen area equipped with stove, microwave oven, utensils and crockery. The hotel is new so everything is nice and clean. There was a good spread for breakfast, although the positioning of the coffee area in one tight corner is rather unusual, causing some congestion during busy period. Overall, a very delightful stay.

The hotel room is extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. Excellent service.

Staffs are friendly. Buffet breakfast taste good, just some more food options will be great.

Facilities are new and good, especially the swimming pool.

We drove to Taichung to checkout the Flora Exposition and decided to stay at this hotel because of its high user reviews. Overall, we were a bit disappointed with our stay, mostly because of the relatively poor services. While the property is brand spanking new, the rooms comfortable, there are better choices in Taichung at the same price level. Our disappointments were as follow: 1. While the hotel probably has less than 20 guests in total, we had to wait for the rooms to be ready for us to check-in. Granted, we arrived at 1:30pm, a bit early than the customary 3:00pm check-in time, but the hotel rooms were clearly unoccupied, and we were made to wait to enter our rooms. 2. We wanted to check out the very nice swimming pool and the night sky in the evening, but the pool area was closed at 9:30pm. When we arrived at 9:30pm, the doors were locked and no attendants were available. 3. The breakfast was adequate, but not spectacular (as compared to other hotels in Taichung). Coffee and tea need to be requested, not offered. While the property was nice and comfortable, but without the services, it would be hard for us to come back again.

Our room is very clean and spacious. It came with soft, comfy bathrobes and towels. The bedding is rough and could definitely be improved on. The hotel's rooftop pool and gym look great and have an amazing view. There's also a rooftop massage spa area that has to be booked *one week* in advance. The breakfast selection was disappointing though.

餐點可以再豐富些。畢竟價錢不便宜。

很吵，隔音差

隔音比較較差。走廊很暗。 早餐食物選擇不多。

隔音很差，隔壁房吵，外面吵整晚，每天都一樣！ 糟透了

還可以!我訂的是兩張單人床,都太小了,房間大配備少,最重要是浴缸熱水小的可憐,滿剛花了近一小時,還有電視的台數太少了,周邊環境吵雜,凌晨還有人在下面吵架,原來旁邊就是八大場所,這只有3星的水準!

可惜當天下雨☔️沒有辦法到21樓使用游泳設施，整體環境很好，早餐分流還有戴手套，外國人常住出差的人不少。

不知道是隔音窗品質爛還是飯店安排房間位置太差，2F房間一早五點開始就超級吵，窗簾也沒隔音效果...... 跟飯店人員反映睡不好，讓我晚退房，退房還給我搞錯人，差點還給我超收退房費.....心情都差了
