excellent location with plenty to eat around the hotel all within 5 min walking distance. Theres 4 family marts and 2 7-11 all within 2 min of the hotel. The hotel is clean and has modern facilities.

Room was spacious however places like standing lamp table lamp, full of spiderweb.
Breakfast was so so and staff keep talking than refill the food.

Room was dirty. On the first day, we entered a room with hair on the chairs and desk. The next day, we left tge room with Please Clean sign. Came back with hair on the bathtub.

Excpetional! Our only hiccup was that the bidet stopped working -my guess is the batteries went out- and we had to sheepishly ask for someone to take a look at it while there were contents in the bowl.

Great comfortable room with a huge bathroom & a jacuzzi bathtub. Location of hotel is a little far from the MRT station but location wise, it is rather convenient as there's access to 2 MRT lines (about 15 mins walk to station). The staff is friendly and helpful

Nice hotel. We stayed here for only one night, but overall it was clean, and comfortable.
The hotel has a strict checkout policy though. We had a 7pm flight, and requested if we could check out slightly later. The response was that the latest they would allow is 12.30pm; and every subsequent hour would be charged. Then again, most hotels have strict checkout policy, so this did not faze us much. Just be aware of this if you're thinking of requesting for a late checkout with Tango Lisen.
Apart from all that, the hotel is still clean, nice, modern and comfortable. Staff were also generally welcoming.

Efficient and courteous check-in experience, simple but very nice breakfast, great refreshment with complimentary soft drinks and pineapple cakes, very convenient location for commuting on shopping and sightseeing, lots of nice restaurants in vicinity and very comfortable experience on staying.
