Staff were very friendly and professional. Location of the hotel is great. MRT station is just below the hotel too. Though the room may be a little dated, it is very well maintained and clean.

I am very confuse about the roof bar
When i arrived the 31st floor. I was shocked . Is it a bar or restaurant? Thers is no people during the business hours . It is. Ice to have fancy roof bar in this facey hotel

Really pleased with the service provided by w hotel. It lives up to its expectations as one of the top hotels in Taipei. Only thing I didn't like is the design of their toilets, not v kids friendly as it is open concept.
