Bad impression not same with picture on website. And price expensive over quality that we got. Reception bad service and guard not security. Walk way dirty. Porter not help to service guess for check in. I hang baggage by myself until walk in to reception area actually porter see me hang baggage since I pick up from the car lifted off the car. I think he hot and don’t want to walk outside. Room look old and air conditional not cold. Walk way look like dirty. I see dish and bowl was discard in front of lift whole night. Actually waitress should pick up suddenly. Totally I’m feel bad impression with this place. I will don’t come back at here Bye!

1. Receptionist who is not friendly, 2. The security guard does not help guests when leaving the lobby, by letting guests rush to bring suitcases, suitcases are quite a lot.

Staff take good care. There is a free 24-hour airport shuttle service. Hotel pick-up service - Nai Yang Beach is free. There is a bathtub with hot water. But far away, the nearest rice shop is the PTT pump.
