1. The staffs are very good. All the food is delicious. The chef's name is Oh. The minibar in the room is free. The receptionist's name is Nuch. They gave good advice and gave me a bottle of wine. They said it was a free service from the hotel as an apology that the hotel was renovating. The view is beautiful. The beach is beautiful. The water is very clear in the morning. In the evening, I sat and watched the sunset. It's beautiful. 2. Things that should be improved (just my personal opinion) The room is strangely decorated. The old door is a key, not a key card. I booked a Jacuzzi room, but in reality, it was just a normal bathtub. I didn't dare to soak because there was already water there. I wasn't confident in the cleanliness.

There is only boiling or cold water in the rooms. Ants. Pillowcases are not changed when cleaning the room. The shower in the room was broken.

รร.ค่อนข้างเก่า ไม่เหมาะสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ เดินขึ้นลงบันไดเยอะ พักห้องบนอาคารชั้น3 ไม่มีลิฟท์ เดินเหนื่อยมาก แต่พนักงานช่วยยกของตลอด บริการดี ส่วนอาหารเช้า อร่อย แต่พอผลไม้หมดไม่มีเติม เลยอดทาน ในห้องไม่ค่อยสะอาด คิดว่า แม่บ้านคงน้อย ยังมีเศษขยะในห้อง และระเบียง ฝุ่นและขี้นก ฝังแน่น ช่วงที่พัก 18เมษา สระว่ายน้ำปิดปรับปรุง

The hotel is quite old, quiet, the bathroom is already peeling off. Plus, when the water comes first, there is only black water. Open it for a while and the color will be as shown in the picture. It is expected that the room has not been inhabited for a long time, so haunting.

The accommodation is very good. All the staff are lovely. The service is very good. Paying great attention to the customers. Beautiful view, OK accommodation but regretted rain. But not too bad Overall very good If going to Koh Kood again, will definitely stay again.
