I couldn't sleep. There was a knocking sound in the room. I usually don't have a sense of smell, but the night I stayed there, I couldn't sleep at all. There was the sound of Thai music at night. I woke up in the morning and tried to open the curtains, but ended up seeing a temple view. 😭

The staffs are helpful and take good care of us. The room is clean. I would like to recommend the staffs to not forget to knock on the door every time before entering the guest room because we bought a late check out but the maid opened the door and came in without knocking and it was not yet time for us to check out.

翌朝シェムリアップへの飛行機に乗るためにこのホテルを利用しました。前日スワンナプーム空港に着いたのが19時半ころ、それから空港のシャトルバス移動してホテルに着いたのは21時半、食事をしにドンムアン空港内のフードコートに出掛けたのは22時過ぎでした。空港直結のホテルなので安心して利用できとてもいい立地です。ホテルのスタッフも皆さん親切で対応も早かったです。また機会があれば利用したいです。

The location is very good, convenient, has high security, the bed is very soft, the room is clean, quiet, professional service. * There is something that shocks me a little. because the bathroom door is closed and cannot be opened The condition of the knob is damaged, we did not order Ket before the incident as well. Trying to open for a while until calling to inform the staff, sending the housekeeper to see, help open the relief to go to the bathroom I don't dare to close the door completely now.
