The kitchen and dining room staff are very lovely. The graduate's skirt was torn. The staff helped find the equipment and helped fix the skirt. I was very impressed and thank you very much. The kitchen and dining room staff on 26/09/67

Can't request extra towels if not staying for the 2nd night. I feel very bad because the towels are very wet and can be used to wipe the pool. Go to the shower, ask the housekeeper 1 time, take the towel in the room to change, add a new rash The housekeeper said she didn't give the room. Only 2 rashes. Plus, the hotel didn't have the fabric to be worn any more. Therefore called the receptionist, as well. Unbearable. Use a wet towel to wipe the body. The swimming pool has large scorpions in the pool, safety is not afraid of children being bitten. Should check before allowing customers to play in the pool I won't stay here anymore. Terrible. I'd like to tell everyone.

Free parking lot, included breakfast, room is big and the private toilet have bathtub🛁. Awesome! will come back again next time. It’s convenient for those who have transport.

Everything was good, room with large windows glass, it nice when in high floor. Pool also good and peaceful to swim. Secure car park and location near to top place. What should be improve is, staff reception need more friendly to customers and breakfast should make it Halal for muslim. Wifi shouldn't need to enter login Always. 👌
