Overall, it's okay, but it's hard to contact them by phone, no one answers the phone. I reported the problem, but the staff never called to inform me. There should be a hair dryer and a place to put toiletries in the bathroom.

There is a lot of dust on the window sills. I can't open the curtains because the dust on the window sills is all over the place. The maids in the bathroom and the trash cans don't change the bags. They probably just take out the tissues, and there is water and wet cotton, and it smells fishy.

It is a budget hotel so I did not expect too much. It has fairly clean condition, but the air condition was not working it is broken but they want to fix it instead of just changing room even though there was a same type of available room. I had to call few times to change my room. Other than that every was just what I expected.

Good in the style of B2, but I recommend sleeping in the last room. Sleeping in the front is noisy because the cars on the road are on the road.

The room is good, the staff is not ok, booked on the website for 1 night, asked to stay longer, the price is higher than before, very bad. At this price, coffee should be served like a hop-in. The worst thing is that there is very little parking. Separating each part far from the accommodation creates difficulties for customers. Especially people with a lot of luggage. And another thing that is boring is having to deposit 500, creating hassle. ID card is clear. I don't know why I have to make a deposit. Why bother?

ปัญหาเยอะมาก 1. ผ้าห่มมีรอยเหมือนรอยเลือด 2. ชักโครกกดไม่ค่อยลง 3. ประตูเข้าห้องคีย์การ์ด แบตหมด เปิดไม่ได้ 4. ไวไฟใช้งานไม่ครบจำนวนวันที่จอง ต้องลงไปขอเปลี่ยนใหม่ 5. เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่น น้ำร้อนค่อนข้างร้อนมากๆ ปรับไม่ได้เลย

Good accommodation. Deducted service points. The receptionist just stood there. Even though the elderly and female guests came in with loads of things. Even though they were only a short distance from the door. When he came to help open it, he chose not to do it. A security guard walks around looking for a parking space. When I was told that it was too far away, that there were young children and a lot of stuff, I was going to unload it before coming back to park, I made a face and muttered something like I had brought it here. It's very bad behavior.

I stayed in a room for 750 baht. The room is not quite soundproof and unfortunately there is a group of guests who are very noisy, running, opening the door, talking and making noise. not private Two air conditioners in the room are not cold. Many details are understandable, but overall, I have stayed at B2 in many provinces. I'm not okay with Ubon Ratchathani.
