Completely perfect hotel! Good service, comfortable and modern, nice swimming pool, the beach opposite the hotel, the best restaurant in front of the hotel, awesome gym. Definitely, we will visit again soon. Modern and well equipped fitness center wide swimming pool There are both children's and adults' pools. There is a corner for children to play. shady atmosphere The rooms are clean, modern, the air conditioner is very cold, very impressed.

I wasn't sure what to expect as this time around as most of the world is holding its breath, also Phuket had just re-opened. But as a truly seasoned traveler I must say that Baan Laimai, truly blew my expectations, the staff especially made every effort to ensure all guests were truly enjoying their stay. The facilities are truly very well looked after and the location is simply outstanding, food offering in the restaurant is very good and the breakfast really rich in choice. Hands down my top 1 destination in Phuket

Great location, strategic and easy to find the Hotel. Lot of shop, cafe, bar, beach, and anythings nearby hotel. Nice swimming pool and pool bar. The bedroom are big enough with modern design, clean, complete room facilities but you must ask them if you want toothbrush ! Little bit troublesome. For food & beverage at hotel quite expensive. But at the lobby hotel we get the free coffee for complimentary everyday. Its nice !

The room is big, but musty smell. maybe because of the wooden floor. Toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided. I arrived at 11:00, was told to go back at 2:00 p.m. to check in, but the room was available at 3:00 p.m. The breakfast menu is decent, close to Patong beach. Near the hotel there are supermarkets and massages, overall, not bad.

I love my stay here! It was so pleasant, we directly got greeted by a friendly receptionist, I don't remember her name, but overall they are very friendly. Anyway, as we proceed to our room, they gave everything that we have requested for our room and I was so satisfied they did that! The breakfast was amazing, lots of choices to choose from and it was delicious. The pool, the view and the experience was worth it! I would come back again for sure !

Room was big and comfortable but needs to be refurbished as it is quite old. Flooring is coming off and the taps in the toilet was rusting. Doorbell wasn’t functioning and the “Clean Room” & “Do Not Disturb” buttons were most confusing and don’t work when the key card is taken off the slot. These are just a few minor setbacks but overall stay was fantastic.

The above trip was our honeymoon trip and was indicated in our booking. Disappointed because there is no surprises like welcome fruit baskets or nice simple decoration in the room. While my friend went to Phuket on the same weeek for her wedding anniversary and their hotel prepared simple deco in their room. The shower piping in the bathroom was rusting. Housekeeping did not refurnish "cotton buds" on the next room make-up since this is a beach hotel and customer need it to clean their ears after the beach or pool swim. We didn't take the 3rd day breakfast because we have an early morning pick-up to Similan Island. Can we get the refund for the breakfast?
