The hotel should only have 3 stars. The room is not soundproof. The room flap is like a very thin rental room. Letting the tour down into multiple buses Loud sound at 1 am. Once booked through the app, the delux room, but has a musty roof view. As for the good view for the tour The atmosphere, the hotel, the view is the worst in Chiang Mai that has ever stayed. It is a scary looking bamboo building in the style of Bannok Temple. When booking for 2500, when you go to the day to try it, click at the price of 1,600. What kind of swimming pool is dirty, never renovated. In conclusion, this time I booked 3 nights, but I only moved one night out. Again, the hotel should be just 3 stars.

Very bad feeling. Arrived to check in, no bellboy. Have to lift the luggage up to the room by oneself The room has a clear cigarette smell. While the Chinese tour went down loud, had to move the hotel immediately The hotel seems to be an old part of the year and it has been transformed into a hotel. Shouldn't be a 5 star hotel, maybe even 3 stars

The hotel didn't say that the water tank was clean. The water was sludge. After calling to the front to say that, it was like that for 2 days. Customers have to solve problems by themselves. No professionalism at all To take a shower, have to turn on the water and leave. Brushing my teeth Have to go to buy bottled water But watching the staff is not interested Or is it normal? 5 star rating for this hotel? Or grilling chicken?
