Best place to live in Koh Chang based on convenience. The place is clean and cozy and in the town area where you can find lots of restaurants, bars, 7-Eleven, and atm booths. They have some sea view rooms and you can hear the roar of the sea right from your room which is really soothing night! This place is near White Sand Beach so you can just walk for 700 meters and enjoy the beach and swimming. The receptionist(owner) is very very polite and helpful to make your travel easy on the whole island. I got plenty of information from him about things to see here and plan my vacation time on this island. Even you can contact him to arrange if you want to visit Koh Khood and Koh Mak. There is one motorbike rental shop just beside this property booking office. Overall. I will highly recommend this place!

Excellent resort, quiet, very clean, well located with very welcoming staff. Very moderate price for a good qualité and service. I honestly recommend it !

Honestly really good for the price. We had a fan room for 240b, although be warned the owner can charge different prices to different customers. However I doubt any room will ever be over 500. The rooms are pretty basic but its in a good enough location and was exactly what I needed at one point so 5*s.
