The stay was pleasant and the staffs were helpful! I ended up ask them for taxi to the airport at last minute and thanks to them, I got to DMK in an hour!

The staff was enthusiastic, but the receptionist's attitude when checking in was a bit unpleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner would run for 15 minutes, then turn off for 15 minutes and then run again by itself. My family tipped the cleaning ladies to help fix it and it stopped 😅, the room's soundproofing wasn't very good. But overall, the quality was reasonable for the price.

The room is not soundproof, on the 19th floor but I couldn't sleep because of the noise from the street. The room amenities are poor, no toothbrush, no comb, the room lights are dark, I can't see clearly

All employees in the hotel provide good service. Except for the guard in front of the hotel. We parked the car to unload our things and let my girlfriend check in. As for us, we were going to turn our car up and park in the hotel's parking lot, but the guard came back and chased us that we were blocking parking. That area is already an area for sending and receiving. Plus he talks very badly.

Recommended hotel for muslim traveller. Great location as it nearby lots of halal restaurant. Near bts by walking distance. Hotel is comfy and spacious. Come with bath tub and free breakfast (no pork or lard terms).

Cảm nhận của mình về khách sạn lần này dịch vụ hơi tệ. Phòng mình không được thay ga giường hay sao ý nên có vệt máu dính ở chăn mình đã gọi cho khách sạn và phải nhắc đến 3 lần về cái chăn này. Mãi mới có người lên thay. Xong sau đó phòng mình lại bị hỏng điều hoà vào đêm cuối ở đó. Báo với khách sạn nhưng khách sạn có bảo cho người lên kiểm tra. Mà đến tận sáng ngày hôm sau khách sạn gọi điện thoại cho mình và bảo sẽ đổi phòng khác cho mình và đêm đó chúng mình đã ở trong phòng bị hỏng điều hoà nóng kinh khủng khiếp. 😂

The staff is just so-so, not very friendly, the room is a standard hotel room in general, only the bathroom is troublesome. If you have to take a shower, you have to get into the bathtub, so it's difficult.

Di chuyển từ trạm bts Ratchathewi đến khách sạn đi bộ khoảng 5p, thao tác checkin-out nhanh chóng. Đi 1 mình đặt cọc 100Baht. Phòng khách sạn đơn giản có tivi, tủ lạnh, bồn tắm và công cụ tắm đủ, view nhìn ra ngoài thoáng từ tầng 14.

This was the first time my cousin and her mom from Germany to Thailand so I wanted to give them some beautiful memories in Bkk. I booked 2 deluxe king rooms at bangkok city hotel for 4 nights. In the first night, the water dripped from the ceiling like heavy raining outside then I contacted the reception to change to another room (after the worker tried to fix but it didn’t work) but it was impossible because the hotel was full bookings. So we have to deal with sleeping “in the rain” like that after anh long flight. In the next morning, we changed to new rooms on higher floors. From there, wifi didn’t work for 3 days. AC in one room was terrible, it was almost as hot as outside even when we set up it 17C I’m disappointed 🙂

The hotel is really nice and have a good service. Their breakfast also delicious and have varieties of menu. There ' s money changer also in this hotel. Very near to the Ratchadewi BTS station, just 5 mins walk. And there ' s a lot of food stalls nearby the hotel and 7E. In my opinion, this hotel is very strategic, and not far from the city, like iconsiam. Ouh, you also can buy the attarction tickets or car to rent from this hotel. They also have laundry. This hotel is superb! Definitely will choose this hotel again in future.
