Couldn’t fault our stay!

Service was superb.

Lovely place very friendly staff. Walkable. If you rent scooters they have a parking lot. If you ask nicely they will even get you a complimentary beer.

This property was a perfect stay in the old town. The location was great. The staff were fantastic, the rooms were simple but had everything and the breakfast was delicious. I will come back for sure if we need another night in the area. Highly recommend.

I thought the hotel was amazing for the price. The rooms were spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the best part were the small things like they had free water bottles you could grab or the coffee machine available 24 hours/day, which was helpful for jetlag. We looked forward to the delicious morning buffet every day and the staff was always super helpful. Highly recommend the hotel to visitors of Chiang Mai.

I loved everything about my stay at Bed. A home away from home. The room was quiet, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is amazing - different options every day and I loved the fresh fruit and juices which were available all day. I thoroughly recommend this hotel for staying in the Old City. It’s close to the Sunday Walking Market and easy to get to all attractions.

We stayed 6 nights in Bed Phrasing in Chiang Mai. We had the best experience. Location is excellent, walkable to the main temples and shopping areas as well as good restaurants. We recommend the chicken shop round the corner and Good Kitchen. Also recommend (Chiang Mai personal tours) Mrs Anong for your day tours. Her service is excellent and her prices are cheaper than other agents. The stuff are unbelievably friendly and helpful. The breakfast is beautiful. The cook the (the lady ) is an excellent cook. The rooms are spacious, shower is good. The water pressure is really good. You get free water, coffee, juice and some nice fruits anytime you would like. The room prices are decent and taxis from airport only cost 150 BHT.

The staffs are very helpful and friendly . They always make sure we have a pleasant stay. I wish I could stay longer . I will definitely come back next time . The breakfast is amazing and full of different food choices.

The staff were amazing. Very kind and friendly. Helped us when we need it and gave us recommendations. They give you free water and juice. The juice was amazing and I drank a lot of it. The hotel breakfast was one of my favorites I’ve ever had, good variety and local foods mixed with typical breakfast foods.

The property was clean and well maintained. Located close to restaurants. The staff was excellent and attentive. Would definitely recommend.

The property is in the old city. Several temples and The Pae Gate are within walking distance. Our room was clean and comfortable. The daily breakfast was delicious. What makes this hotel special for us was the front staff. They are welcoming, attentive, and mingle daily with guests.

I can’t recommend BED Phrasing highly! Easily the best included breakfast we’ve ever had at a hotel. The staff are very attentive and helpful, I’d give ten stars if I could, impeccable service! The location is perfect for walking with temples, restaurants within minutes. Stay here, you won’t be disappointed!

We cannot say enough about each and every staff member member at Bed Phra Singh - they made our stay simply phenomenal and we will certainly return. From offering personalized recommendations to customizing breakfast to my husband's Burmese childhood meals to helping us out in an emergency with a lost bag, we enjoyed every minute of our stay and will recommend them to anyone looking to stay in Chiang Mai.

Great breakfast, clean rooms

The staff were amazing and made the whole stay worth it. They were so understanding and the hotel was wonderful. Loved the placement and was so easy to get around to look at within walking distance or even to travel out via tuk-tuk, etc.

The nicest people working! Made homemade breakfast every morning with nice variety. Also offered glass bottles of water. 10/10
