The room is very good. Is it Nong Fang and Nong Kwan? I can't remember their names. Everyone at the reception is very good. The staff in the restaurant are all lovely and speak well. The rooms are also good. There are 10 stars, giving 1000 stars. I like it. I will definitely go again.

Old room, not very service staff I'm surprised that there are no bellboys at this time? Call to talk about asking for a check-out in the afternoon. When the time is really half past noon, the Wi-Fi is slow.

Come to visit my hometown And traveling with family on holiday So stay at this hotel. Good atmosphere The room overlooks the pool. There is a large pond with a living pavilion, beautiful view, relax, pillows are very comfortable, suitable for rumors that "Soul Sucker Pillow"

Not impressed at all. Front desk called Grab Car, but got a taxi, both dirty, raised the price back to the hotel. Tell the staff. No front desk. Sorry. The staff at the breakfast room did not greet customers for 2 nights. Same every day Unappetizing food The location is not convenient. The sheets didn't change.

The hotel is very good. In the city Near the grandmother's shrine There is a bike ride to the park. There is a convenient parking, clean, good breakfast. The bathroom has a hair cap. Cuttlebut provided but no toothbrush is provided. Don't forget to prepare yourself. But if you forget the front of the hotel there is a shop In conclusion, it's all good. What I would like the hotel to find a solution to is the ants. In the bathroom, there are quite a lot of small ants. Evident in the sink If the person with bad eyes may not see And in the towel, I secretly have some ants It is dangerous for people who are allergic to ants.

Beautiful hotel Decorated in the northeast style Large swimming pool, soft bed, complete facilities My favorite breakfast is everything. There are sticky rice with grilled pork as well. Very chic. If you have a chance to visit again for sure.

I used to stay at the hotel before, so that why I came back, second time I didn't happy due to some issue problem and I asked the staff to assistant in that situation 2 staff were nice tried to solved the problem but they need somebody to help and support them for decision making. one staff (whom tallest with black shirt) show bad attitude to handle the situation and no eyes contact with the guest he denied to offer any help. Finally I need the management notice about staff attitude, it is doesn't matter the solution but it is about they are willing to help us or not. Thank you
