We have been upgraded from standard room to suite! What an experience. Since we have a baby, it is a super plus to have our own living area where to feed the baby. The room is spacious enough, the bathroom is big and bright. The design is simple but very neat and clean. We will definitely be back to centara watergate since the location is perfect, the staffs are helpful and kind. It is a perfect stay. Thank you.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Greeted us everytime from drop off to lobby. Very clean room, comfortable bed. Got complimentary cakes and cards for our anniversary and birthday. Was given complimentary upgrade to family room which was great for kids. Will definitely stay again.

I am a picky person for the hotel room and service. but I am satisfied here. They gave good room, good breakfast,I can find Nutella here. clean environment , easy acces to mall, also near to Platinum mall
