We have been upgraded from standard room to suite! What an experience. Since we have a baby, it is a super plus to have our own living area where to feed the baby. The room is spacious enough, the bathroom is big and bright. The design is simple but very neat and clean. We will definitely be back to centara watergate since the location is perfect, the staffs are helpful and kind. It is a perfect stay. Thank you.

Honestly, this hotel is highly recommended!
5 minutes walk to Platinum to the left, 5 minutes walk to Pratunam to the right. Very strategic, if I go to Bangkok again, I will stay here again. Why? (Spacious room, clean, good lighting, modern room, most importantly there is a bidet hehe the room is cleaned every day) for breakfast the menu is very delicious and varied and very Muslim friendly 🤍🤍 for the staff are very careful

The first time I arrived at the hotel, I smelled a bad odor, and the road for disembarking passengers was also small. The elevator to the lobby smells like sewage, and the cleanliness of the bathroom is not optimal. There are still traces of dirt. My request for a shaving kit was not given at all. Although this hotel has been renovated again, please improve the sewer odor and toilet cleanliness. Including breakfast variants

When I first arrived at the hotel lobby, I could smell the pungent smell of sewage, and the lobby for getting off passengers was also very narrow and dangerous for passengers, especially the elderly who had difficulty getting on and off vehicles. In addition, the cleanliness of the rooms, especially the bathrooms, was not cleaned optimally and I had written to ask for a shaving kit for 2 rooms but it was not given.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Greeted us everytime from drop off to lobby. Very clean room, comfortable bed. Got complimentary cakes and cards for our anniversary and birthday. Was given complimentary upgrade to family room which was great for kids. Will definitely stay again.

The room is very clean and cool. Near the shopping center, big c, pratunam, etc. It is highly recommended for a vacation. But for jastip, it is better to have a hotel right in the market, because here it is a bit far.
