Centre Point Plus Pratunam

I stayed at Centre Point Plus Pratunam for 5 days 4 nights for 4 pax. Very impressive since the first time I got out of the taxi. The security staff at the door always helped us open the door and help us unload our luggage, it really helped us women with so many and big luggage. Ambiance/Facilities: This hotel has complete facilities that we need such as a microwave, a large refrigerator for a hotel size, cutlery and others. A little input for the sound of the air conditioner is a bit noisy but not too disturbing, maybe it can be paid more attention. Food: I can't give a review about the food because I didn't take the breakfast package at the hotel :( Staff Assistance: The hotel staff is very friendly and impressive. ALL STAFF without exception. Since the first time I arrived, the front office helped me to exchange my large bills. Requests for cutlery, towels, etc. came quickly. Highlights: My flight schedule was at midnight but I was able to relax comfortably at the hotel from check out time until the afternoon even though it was only in the hotel lobby. Price: The price offered was reasonable even though I went during the holiday season. And with the facilities provided, it was very worth it. Location: This hotel has a very strategic location, I can reach many of my destinations just by walking. This hotel also has 2 sides of the door which is very effective. I will definitely stay here again if I return to Thailand.

Even though we checked in very late at night (around 22.00), we were still served friendly & very well. Almost all employees are helpful & friendly. The room is very large (2 queen beds & 1 extra bed) The room is always cleaned every day & done in detail. The hotel's position is surrounded by shopping centers & tourist destinations. Access is very easy to reach.

Very comfortable stay. Will definitely stay here again when I come back to Bangkok. Nice location.

The hotel room is very comfortable, the size is also large. During my stay I tried ordering food, on the first day the food was delicious, but on the second day all the food ordered lacked taste, there was hair in the food. Cleanliness needs to be maintained during the cooking process. So far everything is safe, except for the food.

I'm absolutely thrilled with my recent stay at this hotel! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I knew I was in for a treat. The staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. Room: My room was a haven of comfort and relaxation. The bed was plush, the pillows were perfect, and the amenities were top-notch. I loved the modern decoration and the spacious bathroom with a rainfall showerhead. Service: The service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff available 24/7. They helped me with everything from luggage assistance to restaurant recommendations.

The receptionist is very unfriendly, not recommended for those who bring family, I booked on traveloka with a rate of 2 adults 1 child (and there is an age option on traveloka, I also chose my child's age according to their actual age) and paid more than the rate for 2 adults, until here I was told to pay again for the additional child, they said it must be counted as an adult because it is over 12 years old, if so why does traveloka give the option of a child with a maximum age of 17 years old??? And gave a more expensive rate because I chose 2 adults 1 child, the price I paid for 2 adults and 1 child that I paid was more expensive than the room rate with 2 adults, I have paid a more expensive rate of 2 adults 1 child compared to the rate of 2 adults until here I was at the hotel I was told to pay again for the additional child, and the price was much more expensive than I chose a room with 3 adults. VERY VERY NOT RECOMMENDED FOR THIS HOTEL BECAUSE THEY ONLY WANT US TO PAY AND PAY AGAIN.

I booked for the connecting room. Everything is clean, the smell is so fresh, nice staffs. They also have a scale at the L fl if you need it for your check bag. A few minute walk to bts station. My family love this hotel🥰 Thanks for everything

Before my arrival I was hesitant, because I accidentally saw bad reviews about this hotel, saying it was an old building and others. But in fact this hotel is almost perfect. The hotel rooms have been renovated so they look modern. I came with my family, parents and younger siblings. I took a very large Grand Deluxe room, we got room number 611 with a balcony overlooking the swimming pool with an extraordinary view of the building. The bathroom is also spacious and is facilitated with a smart closet with electronic and manual bidet, very suitable for Indonesians. The breakfast is quite complete, especially with free flow cha tra mue. For add-on breakfast, it is approximately 510 baht. The staff are very friendly and helpful. At that time I came during the New Year, intending to join Centralworld Country. The distance between the hotel and the location is very close, so I don't need to worry about going home on foot. It's really strategic. We only stayed one night but we still had half a day to go around, the hotel also provides luggage storage so we didn't need to carry our luggage. Very very helpful and Full serviced Overall 4.8/5 from me

Only the lift is very slow. Take a long time for waiting the lift

Location very good, near pratunam market, shibuya, platinum, December, tofu. Hotel is clean, free water from the dispenser. Downside is if room facing the street, it's very noisy at night.

Still under maintenance when we go there, I think its better to stay there in February 2025
