The room is very clean, and the housekeeping staff is attentive to detail. The air conditioner is new, quiet, and cool, making for a comfortable sleep. The front desk receptionists are very helpful. The property offers a fully functional fitness center and swimming pool. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city, with a convenience store directly across the street, making it very convenient. I will definitely stay here again because of the friendly price and outstanding service. There's absolutely nothing to complain about!

We arrived at the hotel and proceeded to check-in and ask whether we could change to a single bed for a couple as we had booked a double bed room by mistake. We were told the hotel was fully booked and have to wait until the next day. The hotel staff attitude was cold and not service oriented and also failed to inform and changed the rooms for us for the next 3 days stay. Disappointed. Breakfast was also an area that needed to be improved, how can a hotel record a 4 stars status when food, accommodation and service is totally unacceptable. We won't stay in this hotel ever again.

Good location, can walk to Maya Mall and Ninman Road. The school looks old, but the bedding equipment is quite good. Correct shampoo and hair shampoo provided is a small bottle, 2 bottles each. old school style 3rd floor room, but the hallway has a lot of mosquitoes, accidentally open the door, mosquitoes fly in all the time.

Phòng ốc cũ kỹ, cách âm không tốt, nên nghe rõ phòng bên cạnh nói chuyện rất ồn. Phòng bị dột nước từ ống máy lạnh. Thẻ từ mở điện không ăn, quẹt rất nhiều lần mới mở được. Bữa sáng đơn điệu, thức ăn không ngon.

It's not a good service at all. There is nothing ready at all, understand that it is during the festival, but the hotel checks in at 3 p.m., which contacted and said that the room was not clean. To sit and wait for almost an hour, there is no customer follow-up, let them wait. service, but tourists are not interested in Thai customers Had to let us contact ourselves, when contacting, told the room was not finished as requested, then stood and waited, no words or apologies from the staff at all Very bad service Not impressed, the view is not ok. Not to mention the service.

การบริการดี ห้องพักเป็นไปตามที่คาดหวัง แต่ที่จอดรถที่ตึกน้อยไปนิด ช่วงคนเยอะ กลับดึก ที่จอดในโรงแรมเต็ม จึงต้องไปจอดหลัง 7-11 ฝั่งตรงข้าม สภาพห้องพักอาจจะเก่าไปสักนิด โดยเฉพาะอ่างอาบน้ำ แต่ก็ตามราคา ทำเลดี เดินไปห้างเมญ่าได้ เสียดายกาดสวนแก้วปิด ไม่งั้นจะหาของกินสะดวกกว่านี้
