Deducted a deposit of 3000 for a month and still haven't returned it yet. Have to run for the bank itself. Call and accept But there was no progress. feel very bad I don't dare to recommend anyone to stay at all.

ไปพักรอบแรกประทับใจมาก รอบนี้เลยตัดสินใจไปซ้ำอีก&รีวิวให้ เพื่อนๆตามไปพักกันเยอะเลย ล่าสุดลืมแว่นสายตา&ครีมอาบน้ำขวดปั๊มไว้ ก็เลยโทรไปแจ้ง วันนี้เข้าวันที่3 ปรากฎว่าพนง.แจ้งว่าแผนกแม่บ้าน ไม่เจอของ โอเครแว่นเราเข้าใจได้อาจจะรวมไปกับผ้าแล้วเพราะเรา ลืมไว้บนเตียงนอน แต่ครีมอาบน้ำ เป็นขวดปั๊ม บอกไม่เจอคือแปลกมากกกก! เราเข้าใจ นะว่ามันไม่ใช่ความผิดของคุณเราผิดที่ลืมของเอง แต่ที่พักระดับนี้ ถ้าเทียบกับการบริการเราให้ติดลบนะ เคยไปพักรร.อื่นในระดับ เดียวกัน ลืมแค่โฟมล้างหน้าหลอดเล็กๆฟ้อนโทรแจ้งเลย นี่บอกจะ โทรแจ้งเราไม่เคยได้รับสายจากพนักงานของรร.เลยสักวัน มีแต่เราที่โทรสอบถาม สาเหตุเราพอเข้าใจได้เพราะแขกอาจจะเยอะ โทรสอบถามเองน่าจะสะดวกกว่า จากการบริการ ไม่กลับไปพักอีกและคงไม่แนะนำให้ใครไปแล้วค่า เข็ดดดดดด! หากโรงแรมอยากรักษาลูกค้า&การบริการไว้แนะนำให้อบรม พนักงานใหม่ค่ะ!

Everything is good, but one thing is stuck, check-in time 15:00 I think it is too long. And check out 11:00 hrs. The value of the time in staying is very little. Afternoon 3 has not done anything yet. I want the hotel to adjust the time faster than this, it will be very good.
