The hotel is close to the entertainment center in bangla. There are many foods around the hotel. The staff are very friendly and kind. Close to jungceylon mall and central patong. Just walk. The location is cool. Always success days inn patong

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is also comfortable and the location is very strategic. Along the street in front of the hotel is Patong Street which is very busy selling things, especially food. Very close to the beach.

So bad experience with 3 stars hotel by Wyndham:( - Hotel is small, room is very small and view is very bad. - The facilities is old and dirty, example: towel, pillow. Twin bed is very small. Swimming pool small and very sunny. Elevator is old and small. - Breakfast is so bad. No buffet, only ala carte with 4 options to choice, only rice and bread no noodle. - Only 1 plus point is good location, nearly the beach and night market. 2 stars local hotel only, not 3 star international hotel by Wyndham.

So bad. The toilet is clogged, the toilet won't go down. The generator turns on 24 hours, it's really noisy, it's hard to sleep, the old air conditioner was old. Cannot ask for additional room keys. Reception service is not friendly. Will not stay here again.

For the location so far it's ok because it's close to the beach and restaurants, just walk. But it's a shame for the quality of the room. The condition of the bathroom (toilet) flush had dislodged and when reporting to the front office the staff was very unfriendly, accusing us of putting tissue into the toilet (because I said the flush was a problem) and what was most uncomfortable was the AC facing the bed. We are all cold and we trick it by covering it with a towel. Hopefully in the future there will be better improvements, because it is very unfortunate, with a good location but without good service and room quality it will be redundant. Thank You.

มาเช็คอิน4 โมงกว่า ห้องไม่เสร็จ พอเข้ามาห้องก็แคบๆ ไม่เหมือนในรูปตอนจอง ไม่ตรงปก ผ้าเช็ดตัวก็ ขาดรุ่ย เป็นรู ไม่เย็บชาย รีสอร์ต รายชั่วโมง ยังดีกว่านี้เลย เสียชื่อหมด
