Book a room for a total of 2 nights. Customers share a smoking room. Interfere with rest Despite the no smoking rules In which the employees just came to warn but did not proceed To cancel was not able to cancel, so decided to change to a single room on the second night by adding money, but in the room does not keep the sound heard from outside. With the smell of cigarettes entering the room Can't sleep Should have a management system And taking responsibility to customers that are better than this
