From 01 Nov 2017 onward, we will adjust rate for extra bed to THB 1000.00/person for room only rate plan and / THB 1200.00/person for breakfast rate plan.
Due to annual improvements will be made. Including checking equipment and doing maintenance. The hotel is required to proceed with a power outage in the office from floors 1-11 and the hotel from floors 1-23 on Sunday, March 23, 2025 from 12:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. for 5 hours.We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and patience during this period. Should you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us at 1st Floor or dial 0.

The hotel is in a perfect location, easy to get around. The room is ok for the price but the soundproofing is not good, at night the guests in other rooms come back late and talk quite loudly. The air conditioner is old so it is very loud, easy to cause insomnia.

We stayed there for 4 nights. The location was strategic, so close to the BTS station (Ratchatewi), can even walk to Siam shopping malls if you want to. Room was clean and pretty spacious. There was also a Go Green program and if you participate you can get a scoop of ice cream! Overall, a very pleasant stay.

It was a nice experience staying at Evergreen Place Siam. The location is just a minute away from BTS station. The staffs, starting from greeter, reception, house keeping are very friendly. Breakfast is good enough. One thing that need to be improved is the air conditioner in the living room that is not cool enough. But, overall, happy to stay here.

Khách sạn phòng nhỏ, lớn tuỳ giá phòng, loại thường thì nhỏ. Sạch sẽ, ăn sáng đa dạng, phong phú luôn. Gần trung tâm TM và BTS nhưng yên tĩnh nên chủ yếu khách Tây, Âu, Tây Á, HK.. ít khách việt. Phòng gym to, hồ bơi sạch sẽ thoải mái.

Its a great hotel near pratunam and platinum shopping center. And for the price point, the service, facilities, amenities and location is really good. Definitely will book the hotel again when visit Bangkok.

The first night, the air conditioner in the room suddenly cut open and did not inform the staff to come and see and fix it. The next day, the air conditioner could not adjust the temperature. The coldness in the room was as low as 24 degrees, although it was set at 18 degrees. I informed the staff to come and see. It seemed okay, but when it was close to bed, it was again. The floor in front of the bathroom There is steam all the time, I don't know why. This stay is not very impressive. I don't know if I will meet again in the next round room number 1815

First time stay here and will back here again. Clean room, the bathroom also clean even the lobby looks old but overall for business trip or transit hotel is very comfortable. The location near seven eleven that is very helpful if you feel hungry in midnight.

The hotel is centrally located, near BTS, walking distance to Siam, and near many eating places. We found it was cheap to even booked grab car to and from the hotel as it was kind of in the center. The staffs are lovely. The lady at the check in counter was efficient and kind, even upgraded us to bigger room for free. The room was clean and being clean with utmost effort everyday. Breakfast was okay, nothing fancy but no complaint at all.
