Nice and friendly staff at the reception and at the room. At the breakfast-room, the stuff was to busy to greet. However, the food was very good, fresh and a lot. Some should be hot, but, it´s o. K. The location was silent, easy to reach, but far from any BTS or something. You need a taxi, but this was easy to handle as allways in Bangkok.

Hotel ini terlihat seperti hotel lama. Kamar nya berasih tetapi kamar saya selalu ada bunyi dibagian atas dekat ac (seperti di atas plafon) membuat sedikit tidak nyaman di malam hari saat ingin tidur. Dan pintu balkon kamar saya tidak bisa di kunci.

The key card cannot open the door of the room, call the public relations, say to hold the card down to the counter below, we come down to send the key card to the staff, the staff says that the key card has expired, send us a new one and then we ask not to send. The staff went up to see? If there was a problem, we had to walk down again, right? He therefore asked the male staff to come up with the final result as we said. It appears that the key card does not have a problem, but the problem is in the key system. The card itself, if we don't speak, probably won't let the male staff come up as well, we have to walk down and walk down a few more times, please help improve the staff, everything else is ok, everything except the receptionist.

Allocated a noisy room, not suitable for a long stay, I don't feel the special request for my month long booking was read. Stayed before in better rooms at this hotel.
