Check in was fast despite the crowd, the front desk speak fluent English which makes communication easier. However, our room was not ready due to high occupancy but they managed to get the room ready by 3pm as per check in timing. The bathroom water heater was really bad. I prefer to shower with warm water and the water will suddenly get real hot and I was burnt for more than 3 times in my shower. It make my shower experience unpleasant. House keeping kept the room clean daily but they forgot to refill the shower gel and also shaver kit was missing. The tissue box was not filled up as well. The breakfast was great, good variety and taste good. The deck pool was good as well but cleanliness need some improvement. Overall our stay is good but the hotel need some improvement and to pay more attention to small detailing. The price we paid for the Ocean View Premium room is not cheap per night so we expected better

The room is not soundproof. The footsteps from the room above could hardly sleep. Until you can enter the room, you have to wait for an hour 😂 Delicious food, view, everything is okay.

The hotel has a great location in Patong, across the street is the beautiful Patong beach. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the night market. Transportation means 100 Bath / trip is very reasonable. Nice hotel room and equipment, infinity pool in front. The reception hall is spacious. Staff are enthusiastic, friendly and help guests.

1. We called to check the check-in time with the hotel that the actual entry time is 15.00, but we received very bad service. Before hanging up, we made some unhealthy words because our phone wouldn't be able to hang up. But we called back to apologize. The employee said that We can't talk to ourselves, we can't blame the staff, but in another 5 minutes, the staff calls us back and tells us why they scold him, that is!!!!!!! 2. Tell us that check-in is 15.00, okay, we can accept it, but when we actually go, we get room 15.45, the room is not finished, we ask to go up to rest. because we have small children We are not really impressed with us.

Great hotel and worthwhile stay. Breakfast at this hotel is the best in Phuket. Varied and delicious. Bed and pillow are very soft and comfy. Cons are noisy and not private. The wall is very thin. You can hear everyone outside talking. And the hotel is quite crowded during check out and breakfast time. Queue for check out is very long.

Clean, new, good, low price, next to the beach

Very clean and modern. well kept room. Extremely friendly staff at all levels from guards, desk staff, restaurant, and housekeeping. I highly recommend.
