Good, comfortable, breakfast is not so good because every day they provide the same breakfast, so I stayed there for several days. I got bored with the breakfast, thank you.

For one reason & another, I initially tried to cancel my order. But it said that my booking could not be cancelled. In the end, I stayed at the Grand Hyatt Erawan (GHE). It's really the right decision. It turns out that GHE was able to eliminate my worries (especially for F&B services) by providing excellent service. The variety of breakfast menus is very complete and very tasty. The location is very close to the shopping mall. I will definitely stay at GHE if I return to Thailand again.

Very traumatized, with the incident of 6 tourists who died in the hotel room, I couldn't calm down and couldn't sleep, even though I only stayed 2 nights, so I was afraid. Hopefully there will be protection from the hotel, which will look after customers who stay there. the hotel🙏🙏🙏

Very impressive! Special thanks to Ms. Jam who assisted us along the stay, and all the staff were super helpful (we lost our bag in taxi and hotel staff were trying their best to track and bring it back to us). We were very thankful, they really helped us a lot. Thank you so much ❤️

Vị trí tuyệt vời vì gần các trung tâm thương mại lớn, Bangkok bên ngoài lúc nào cũng ồn ào và nóng bụi nhưng bước chân vào cửa là cảm nhận một thế giới hoàn toàn khác hẳn. Bữa sáng cũng là một điểm cộng lớn với đồ ăn đa dạng và chất lượng

The hotel was very good.Their staffs are very friendly. I would like have special thanks for Mr. Yos as a door staff. He was very welcoming us in the hotel during we stayed. And the breakfast was really good. Good job 👌
