The facilities are old and air con is not working properly (can not set temp and wind speed). Too noisy at night. Not recommend for families with kids.

The hotel is in good location but in an old building, it is 5 minutes walk from Nana BTS station. Breakfast is very basic and unchanged everyday. At the time I came, there was no double room available as my booking so they offer me a free upgrade to suite. I am very appreciated this. The room is spacious with all equipments like an apartment i.e. kitchen, living room, bathroom with bathtub and bedroom but the furniture is too old. The air conditioners are too noisy, even in low mode, to have a sound sleep. We could not turn it off because of locked windows. Bathroom was clean but made us feel uncomfortable to use i.e. towels turning dark color. From my view, the hotel is not eligible for a 4-star rating at this moment.

hotel location is quite good, walk approx 500m, you can find Nana station room looks quite old, but still well maintained breakfast is standard, hotel staff is very helpful

Great location. About 200-300 meter to Nana BTS station, and there are lots of restaurant/cafe and even street food seller along the way. The room has refrigerator (medium size, not the tiny cube model), microwave oven, water boiler and water sink, so more like a studio apartment! One thing that can be improved is the pest control, as there are a few of little cockroaches in the kitchen area.

The first time I stayed here in 2015, I and other customers had many complaints. Staying again in 2018, everything was fine, no, very good! They have listened and addressed customer issues. Thank you for listening Grand President!!! I would definitely stay again.

The opposite (near restaurant bar) tower hotel room furniture is old such as the chair seat leather is torn, the white furniture is old and worn out. The bathtub having problem as well. The single bed is not stable. Location wise is okay.

Grand President Bangkok Hotel, Building 3, Old Room and Very Smell No cloth after shower. The shoes in the room didn't have a closet, and the drawers were filled with plastic bags. The room is not decorated as beautiful as in the picture. And the room is not soundproof.

Shitting hotel, it’s not even worth 2 star. Too many cockroaches They let my clients wait for the room over 2-3 hours. Bad service. Least bothered receptionist. Don’t ever stay in this stupid hotel for everyone.

The hotel service is satisfactory, but for taxi users from the hotel to the airport please be careful, it should be ensured the destination airport (don muaeng or svarnabhumi) because there are two airports are often used by taxi drivers to deceive passengers by transferring to other airports, finally have to pay taxi 2-fold.

I booked a deluxe suite expecting 'deluxe' experience. Big suite separate bedroom, washer dryer included, nice view. I found this hotel pretty old, especially tower 2 where I was staying, service desk always busy probably because this hotel is cheaper than others (2500 baht pn for me). I found some ants in the suite. Location is best as one of the best clubs insanity and level up are walking distance. Swimming pool area and gym on 8th floor. This hotel lies in okay category. For better experience check out Mercure next to it.

Good location, close to good restaurants and bars. Close to BTS approx 300m. Rooms are very old. Bathroom very small and no plug in the bath tub. There was a hot water jug and microwave. There was a lot of noise from other guest yelling in the hallway. Thus happened very often. Pros: Location, close to BTS and shopping. Cons: Old hotel. For the price I would choose another hotel.

A 55 out of 100 score hotel, bad room cleanliness, odd smell, small bathroom, and I don't think they change the bed sheet before we checked in as it is so sandy. Checked in for 1 night only and moved to another hotel.
