Good staff in every area, especially housekeepers and housekeepers, but the staff at the various counters are a bit fierce. I understand that there are many people. There are only a few disadvantages: 1. The trash can is very small. If you have a small child or a newborn, there is not enough space to throw it away. 2. The tissues are very easy to tear when you wipe your bottom. 3. Massage: If you do not book, there is no masseuse. You have to wait until 6 pm. This is very annoying. The masseuse rushed the time. I chose a 1-hour body scrub course. I had not even finished taking a shower when the masseuse rushed me to apply cream as soon as possible because the time was up. This is the biggest criticism. I have never encountered such a rush. There is no manners. Other than that, everything is good. Excellent. Worth the price. My children had a lot of fun.

Excellent service staff As for the room, it still looks quite old. When I went to stay, the air conditioner broke at 3 am. Delicious and satisfying food The water park that kids like is very small. Everything was put together well.

It is a recommended place to stay in Pattaya. There are quite a lot of activities to do in the hotel. Definitely worth the money spent. Beautiful atmosphere, clean bedroom, complete amenities. Breakfast has a variety to choose from and is delicious.

New comfortable rooms, modern bathroom equipment. Excellent reception The surrounding atmosphere is excellent. There is a new water park, fun to play in, and a free game zone. The wind blows through very well and is not hot. Very suitable for children and families. The restaurant has a variety of menus to choose from. It's fun to choose something to eat. There are a lot of snacks and the kids like them. But Thai food doesn't taste very delicious.
