The master bedroom is clean. The bed is very soft. I like the light in the room is bright. But regret not having a sofa and a recline chair to sit and watch the Kwan Phayao water view The pool is clean. Porridge and American breakfast, yes.

The main problem was that a local swim coach teaches swimming lessons in the hotel pool every evening (at least during my stay) so the pool was completely filled with children except during the morning and early afternoon when it was too hot. The other things I didn't like were that the shower design made it impossible not to get water dropping all over the floor, and there was no brewed coffee at the breakfast buffet, only instant.

I went 4 people, 2 parents (4 years old and 2 years old). The hotel paid 500 baht per day because of the hotel rules. But did not report when booking in the App. Booked for 2 days. Wasted. Added a total of 1,000 baht. Breakfast was not added. If the hotel has any special conditions, this should be specified when booking online. Will be planned properly Next time, don't stay here.

Like the view and the atmosphere, but the service with many facilities should be improved. Breakfast is not as tasty as it should be. Rooms should have more convenient equipment such as a coffee spoon and no hair dryer in the room. With the price as it should be

The hotel over view is nice, mostly is build by using wood so you can smell the wood when first time step in the room. For the cleanliness is medium only cause got a lot of ant inside bathroom.
