The hotel is spacious, clean, ac works well, bathroom clean, staff is helping as well (if they're not overcrowded) sometimes when other guest walks on the corridor we can still hear their voice. In front of hotel is a lots of restaurants and street foods vendor, so it could get over crowded especially during weekends, walks will be difficult, let alone getting grab or taxi. Better commute with train, but if you need to order a grab, prepare some time to wait for it.

The counter and luggage staffs that attended to us were very friendly and effective. Thanks to the Royal Hotel staffs and management for the upgrade to a Suite for our 1 night stay.

I book with bathtub but they say no and need to pay 1000 Thail buut for 1 day.

Nice room, just in the middle of Chinatown. I can literally walk and eat food street in front of the hotel and have a breakfast in restaurant near by.
