The hotel is not suitable for people who want to relax. Until the music calms down, it's 2 am. Very annoying, both the music and the sound of collecting things at 6 o'clock in the morning. Very disappointed. It is a hotel that does not think of going back to sleep again. How can management let it be like this? Music starts from 2 pm until 2 am. I have never seen a hotel like this before in my life. Usually, hotel users just want it. Take a nap, don't you?

Not enough parking space for guests. Have to pay a private parking fee of 200 baht, for us, we think it's not a problem. The hotel should prepare enough parking spaces for guests.

Overall is good but attached to the bathroom is too small. And without separation of dry and wet parts Make use of the bathroom All wet and the washing face with a hair dryer near the water and the fire should not be very cheap

Previously, the shower room And the bathroom in the Deluxe Room category used to have a curtain for wet and dry sections But the team will have a plan to renovate the bathroom, so have to remove the curtains and curtain rail. For the hair dryer in front of the bathroom The team has informed your opinion to the mechanic team. We sincerely hope that you will come back to use the Josef Hotel again. Be careful to stay at this hotel! Especially for people who’s hard to wake up. There is no phone in the room. Normally hotel has phone in the room, so when you wake up late or late check out they can call you to the room for remind you. Even me do late check out on 12.40 pm because I didn't hear that housekeeping already knock the door on 12 pm. They didn't return my deposit and charge me directly 500baht take all from my deposit. They give me reason, because its high occupancy and I already sign when I check in to remember the check out time is 12pm. No excuse and be carefully! This hotel try to cheat!
